I'm so excited for this addition to the area! This make it your way rolls is the best thing that's happened to Clackamas! The options are endless and the staff is so nice. No judgment on what you want in your rolls, banh mi, rice or noodle bowls! They also have excellent sides like wings and fries! How good is this place? My favorite sauces are their Thai chimichuri and the Green Goddess. Everything just tastes refreshing. The dipping sauces are just the best balance of sweet, savory , salty and acidic. It's a cute little restaurant that you watch them make it and tell them what you want on it as they make it. The bulgogi is so flavorful and I chose the works for toppings which is everything. 9.5 out of 10. I got the tempura shrimp as well and it was delicious. 8.5 out of 10. My daughter and I ordered the 3 roll combo , we had beef, chicken, shrimp , we changed each of them up a bit with the filling to suit the protein . Everything was super fresh and very good . The green goddess sauce was outstanding but the coconut milk peanut sauce ( I think that is what it was called )we didn't like as much . We were wishing we got the plain peanut sauce instead. Wow! This place is incredible! We saw the place as we were driving by, and it happened to be the soft opening. I got 2 spring rolls with tofu and a miso green goddess dressing, and my husband got a baguette sandwich with bulgogi beef. Both of us were blown away at how delicious our food was! Super fresh, healthy and I LOVE the concept of it being an assembly line. Really kind and enthusiastic staff too! We went to the grand opening today and were really impressed. They were well staffed and even though there was a busy line, people were served quickly and it was easy to find a table to eat. We ordered the salad rolls and tried different proteins: bulgogi, nem nuong, fried tofu, lemongrass pork. It was delicious! Very flavorful and fresh. It comes with freshly made peanut sauce or fish sauce. The staff were friendly and the owners were there also preparing the food and answering questions from customers. The menu also offered baguette sandwiches, salad bowls and there was a whole different area for drinks. If you only wanted drinks you can order that separately and pay at the cashier. The Vietnamese coffee and matcha float tasted great!. The price of the rolls was very reasonable. $12/3 rolls. There was a drive through built in but they were not serving from it. I wonder if they will someday serve through the drift through window. It would be a great way to get a quick lunch. read more

I love salad rolls. After passing on lots of fried food on offer at the mall, I was so glad to stop by this place right on the corner of Sunnyside and 82. It really is like a Subway like the other reviews say. You first pick if you want a spring roll, noodle bowl, rice bowl, salad bowl or a Bahn mi baguette, then you choose from a variety of protein options, then you choose what vegetables you want, or you can just say "the works" which is basically all of the veggies except jalapeños or avocado (avocado is extra), next you choose from a variety of crunchy toppings or you can just get "house sprinkles"-sesame seeds, fried garlic and onion mix. Lastly you have your choice of sauces; peanut sauce, curry peanut, chimichuri ,miso goddess,etc. They also have Thai coffee and teas, sodas, and Boba. As well as cooked appetizers like rangoon and egg rolls. If you order a rice bowl you can make it half and half with salad too. What's not to love? Fresh and Tasty! read more

Really just fine. Their peanut sauce was very sweet and they don't give alot of meat in their bowls. Don't feel the need to come back.

I was searching for a salad bar, and this popped up. It is not a salad bar but better. I ordered a bowl, with salad as my base. Chose fried tofu for my protein, then added "the works" for my toppings. The friendly young lady behind the counter was helpful and she recommended the miso green dressing and the peanut sauce. A friend and I went there for lunch. I was amazed how tasteful the exterior design is. Inside it is sparkling clean. The food delivery system is reminiscent of Subway. The employees, however are also sparkly, and friendly and the service is excellent. So was the food. Crisp. Fresh and I found the teriyaki chicken nicely seasoned and the egg roll tasty. This place is awesome! Had the bowl with charbroiled pork, all of the toppings then added the works. Went with the sweet fish sauce and it's fire! $12.50 is a killer deal for the portion I received! I will be making this a weekly stop for a great lunch/dinner. I also ordered the wings and the breading/crisp is perfect!
