I happened on to this local carpet place by accident and couldn't be happier!…read more I discussed carpet options with a couple of staff people but also lucked out and was able to visit with the owner. He taught me so much about carpet pad and types of carpet. I explained where the carpet was going and my usage and he pointed me in a different direction for carpet choices. The crew assigned was top notch. The lead on my job has been with the company for over 20 years. Seams look great. The stairs look great. The overall job was very professionally done. I plan on returning to this business for new bedroom carpet later this year.

Buying new carpet is one of those tasks you hate doing. First there are only about a million…read moredifferent styles, colors, and materials to choose from. Second it is an expensive purchase and you are always worried that you are getting ripped off. Finally, there is the issue of moving your entire home around so you can get the new carpet. After getting a couple bids elsewhere we ended up stopping at Payless at the recommendation of our contractor. The place is right off 119th and Blackbob, passed it hundreds of times, but never thought that it would be "the" place to get carpet. From the minute we entered the store I felt good about it. Justin helped us find something comparable to what we found at another store. Explained in detail and understandable terms the pros and cons of each option. We found a couple candidates and then moved on to step 2: Having someone come out to measure and price. A couple days later Jason the owner came by with a bunch of larger samples and he listened to what we were looking for. He made a few suggestions which we hadn't thought of and proceeded to measure while we looked at samples. When we were done he asked us a price range that we felt comfortable with and we hammered out a deal. I was even more happy when he said they could install in a week. A week later 5, yes 5 carpet guys from Fuzzy Side Up show up and began the install. They were very nice and got straight to business. Within 45 minutes they had the old carpet and pad up and were prepping the floor for new carpet. One guy was checking our first floor for squeaks and drilled about 100 screws into the subfloor to silence it for good. After about 6 hours all of the carpet on 2 floors was installed to perfection. Overall I couldn't be happier with the quality of the carpet, the service we received from both Payless and Fuzzy Side Up, and the price we paid. I've already recommened them to two other friends and will not hesitate to recommend them in the future. I've been doing carpet angels for hours now enjoying the soft, lush, beautiful carpet.

When we walked in just to…read morebrowse, they took the time to talk us through the various brands, what they offered, and who was running sales at the time. They gave us sample to take home so we could really see which colors would work in our space. They were able to quickly come out and measure the rooms and worked with my hectic schedule to do it in a day/time that was very convenient for me. Once measured and carpet was picked out, they did have a few week waiting period for install, but that was fine as we weren't on any kind of deadline. The installers came around 830 on the day and we're done around 1pm. They carpeted our living room and 3 bedrooms. Some rooms required more carpet that the length of a roll and the seams are invisible. They moved all our bulky furniture in/out of the rooms and we didn't have to worry about trying to do that ourselves. The carpet came out amazing and we couldn't be happier.

Weber Flooring was recommended to us from a close friend shortly after we purchased our new home…read more We knew we needed carpet immediately and quickly began the hunt for the best options around. We had look at a few others before getting the recommendation but once we visited Pat at Weber Flooring we dismissed the other contenders! The first step was having one of Weber's technicians come to our home to do a free estimate. Our technician was very professional and thorough. A couple of days later we visited the storefront to see what options we had. Let me tell you we had plenty! There's a huge selection of any type of flooring you can imagine & they have a ton of options in stock so you can get your flooring installed ASAP which was awesome since Lowes told us there was a minimum 30 day installation wait. All prices were marked which made it easy to determine what was in our budget & what wasn't. They had a wide selection of carpets and pads which allowed us to make a thorough decision that we were happy with. Once we got everything picked out, Pat quickly tallied up the total cost for materials and installation and we chose a date that worked well for install. While they do contract their installation work to other companies, they only use a select few that meet their standards. I can attest to that, as we just had our carpets installed today and the two gentlemen were fantastic. They were professional, thorough and did an overall fantastic job. We are so excited and thankful for the Weber Flooring recommendation and will be sure to utilize this business in the future! P.S.-They have a ton of services and products (laminate flooring, hardwood, tile etc.) and also offer a lifetime guarantee!

Outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity -- JDW Flooring exceeded every…read moreexpectation We recently had JDW Flooring install a Versailles-pattern parquet floor, and I honestly could not be more impressed with the result or the experience from start to finish. This was not a simple flooring job. The parquet required precise layout, exacting alignment, and a deep understanding of wood behavior, finishing, and sequencing. The JDW team approached the project with patience, skill, and pride in their work -- and it shows in every inch of the finished floor. One thing that really stood out: I supplied the parquet flooring, the sealer, and the polyurethane myself. Many flooring companies would have insisted on supplying everything in order to add markup or to control quantities. JDW Flooring did neither. They were completely comfortable working with owner-supplied materials, advised me honestly along the way, and treated the materials as if they were their own. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare. The crew was: Meticulous in their prep and installation Careful, clean, and respectful of our home Consistent and communicative throughout the process Clearly experienced with high-end and specialty flooring The before-and-after transformation is dramatic -- what was once an ordinary room is now something truly special and elegant. The parquet lies perfectly flat, the pattern is beautifully aligned, and the finish is flawless. If you're looking for a flooring company that values craftsmanship over shortcuts, is comfortable with custom or high-end work, and treats clients with honesty and respect, I cannot recommend JDW Flooring highly enough. We would absolutely use them again without hesitation.
