I explained my daughter crochets custom animals for military kids with deployed parents and records YouTube videos for the families. Instead of helping, he dismissed it, said UPS would be "too expensive," and told me to go to USPS not even without checking a single price. No weighing, no scanning, no real service. He didn't treat other customers prior to me this way. Whether it was profiling or just bad service, It was a terrible experience. The Kanan store is respectful and professional--this one isn't.
