    So I have had an account with The Studio WLV for just over 2.5 years now. I was approached by a…read morevery nice gentlemen who worked there who came by my shop and asked me if I needed any website services. I set up an appointment with the owners, sat down in their conference room, and I was impressed by what they had to offer. I signed on and The Studio went to work building my website. All went well for the first six months, I was very pleased with the design. When my renewal came up for them to host my site, I gladly went with The Studio because of their services up to that point. I could have switched to another company host my web site for a lot less, however. Then all you know what hit the fan. A few times my website went down, and it took several calls into the office to get them to respond, which I was not happy about. Then, I asked The Studio to make some changes to my website, and that was like pulling teeth to get someone to respond. This went on and on until the final straw that made me see if they had a Yelp listing, which they do, so here I am informing the public that to beware of the poor customer service you may have with The Studio. I would bring up situations where I needed something done, and to please call me on my cell. This company only communicates through texting or email. It's practically impossible to get someone to talk to you in person, and when you do, someone will always blame another person who works there on the mishap. There is and never was any admissions to wrongdoing, only accusations why something was not done. Then, they decided to no longer host my website, after nearly 3 years of putting up with The Studio. They emailed/text me that the migration to my new server was taken care, "We're on it," as the office manager was quoted in an email. Thinking that everything was taken care of, I went to my website to make some changes, and lo-and-behold... The changes would not upload. After spending at least 1/2 a day on the phone with my old server, and now my new server, which I was told from The Studio that everything would be taken care of, the problem was still not resolved. Another excuse, or someone else to blame for not following up. Basically I have been tossed up the river without a paddle. I know that I am a small account (and almost every time I get on the phone with The Studio, they put me right in that place again), but I have to say, or if it is just me, the customer service at The Studio was horrible through just about every experience I had with this company. I hope that this company reads my Yelp rating. Hey, any criticism, bad or good, is helpful to know, especially when it comes from those who wrote you cheques for your decent services, but had to put up with your poor customer service. What you do with this criticism is up to you and the future growth of your business. I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with the customer service of this group. And guess what, I am so frustrated and unhappy, that I am writing this review even before my website is fixed and up and running again by The Studio. Hey The Studio, I would be glad to go over with you why I am complaining, just give me a call. Heck, I'll even answer your email or text if that's how you want to "hear" it from me. They also used beautiful filters to give us the effect we were looking for in the photos, and got them back to us in a timely fashion. Thank you for these beautiful memories!

I found OfficeLocale and decided to give them a try. Little did I know that this was a one stop shop not just for printing services, but you also get an office space you can rent, P.O. Boxes, and amazing customer service. The owner, Zee, is very informative and charismatic. Has a lot of products to offer that are unique and also standards in the industry. If I'm ever in Thousand Oaks again and need to get any printing services done, I'm coming to OfficeLocale!

    I came here for a Live Scan appointment and due to my strange work hours, I chose this place…read morebecause they offer flexible hours. They're technically open "24 hours" and the owners states that you can call any time and he can meet you at the office. The primary office is a rental space but they offer other services such as passport renewal, notary, etc. When I first went I was grateful for the flexibility and Zee was very friendly. There were some difficulties getting good quality fingerprints and he submitted it saying that it should "be okay." A couple days later, I received a notification that my fingerprints had been rejected and I needed to return to the same site to get a repeat Live Scan done. I was in TO visiting family but I work a couple hours away, so I had to re-arrange my schedule to drive all the way back for a Live Scan appointment. When I had scheduled my first appointment, I had called about 1 week in advance and he requested that I call the day-of instead, preferably a couple hours before I could come in. So for my second appointment, I called the office the morning of and no answer. I called a couple more times, and still no answer. I finally got in touch with the operator (who I'm guessing works remotely) and at first she had no clue what I was talking about when I requested a Live Scan appointment and asked if I had called the correct number. She said she'd leave a message and give me a call back shortly. She didn't get back to me so I called again 1-hour later. She had no clue who I was even though I had just gotten off the phone with her, and we had to start over again. She then told me Zee was "not online" and would try to get my message to him and give me a call back. Again, no call back. I called her a third time- she still didn't know who I was and we had to repeat the whole song and dance. I decided to just show up to the office to see if anyone was there, but of course it was locked. The next day, I tried calling a couple times and no one answered. I ended up having to chat with the business through Google just to find out Zee was out of town and that he would get back to me. He gave me a call back the following day stating he was out of town with no service. While this isn't entirely his fault, I was really frustrated by the lack of communication and even more frustrated because I was specifically told not to call too far in advance (which would've prevented this whole fiasco). He is very friendly and I think the services are convenient... until they're not... but I was also uncomfortable because he sort of pressures every customer to leave a 5-star review on platforms such as Yelp and Google. Based on the other reviews customers have left, I'm sure my experience was an exception to the norm but next time I will try to find a place that is more consistent and reliable.
