DO NOT use this company unless you want your windows scratched!! The oldest son of this family owned business scratched our new window of less than a year old. It's clear it's from the window washer because you can see the motion of the scratches that are consistent with how they wash windows as advertised on their website. We called the owner, Monte the next day to see our scratches. Monte was quick to come to our house to see the window. His words were " you didn't see it, I didn't see it, l"ll talk to my son". He didn't get back to us as promised until we sent another email. He stated his son David did not hear any scratches being made, therefore he is not responsible for the scratches. David was working with AirPods in so he wouldn't have heard the scratches being made. Monte then tried to place blame on the window installer. We would have noticed those scratches 10 months ago when the window was installed. It's too bad WOW Window isn't taking responsibility for their mistake, now we have no choice but to escalate this matter. read more

What's that they say about people who live in glass houses? The hell with not throwing stones, what they really ought to do is clean their windows. I'm bad example #1. I live in a house with ten (yep) sliding glass windows/doors, several which are topped by enormous glass panes that extend up into A-frames. Glass, glass, glass in every direction. Between you and me, it took me seven years to have these windows professionally cleaned (other priorities, don't judge). They'd become so filmy I'd begun to think they looked out on the Black Rock playa. Then I got a groupon from WOW! Windows and they came in and WOW! was right. I almost couldn't even see the glass in the frames. No streaks, just clear, pure, fantastically sparkling clean windows. Part of me suspected they came in and replaced all my windows - that's how amazing the difference was - but I knew that was impossible. The outdoor view looked green, not playa-like. And now I want to get these giant windows cleaned every six months, whether I can afford it or not. I'm a believer. I'm also a trusting sort. I 'd never before done business with these guys but had to leave them in my home alone due to a scheduling error on my part. And you know what happened? Nothing. Nothing except those sparkling clean windows and a quote for future work. It was amazing. I kind of think they spoiled me 'cause now I know how righteous uber clean windows make my home look and feel and that means I'm gonna call on them again soon, you know it. Amazing. read more

Very friendly on site, non responsive to emails and phone calls over a 2 week period. I based my booking on online reviews and Nextdoor.com recommendations, but I would be hard pressed to ever call again. Most glass is clean. Some child finger prints remain - maybe they skipped that window altogether? Windows are far from clean. The tracks for my sliding doors were left absolutely filthy, the window frames and sills are very dirty, and one of my rose plants under a window is left with broken branches. I addressed the dirty window sills with the cleaner and he said, "that's about as good as I can do." If I wanted this sort of cleaning job, I could have done it easily myself in about an hour. I hired pros because I wanted the extra mile professional and thorough job. I got a half-assed, slack job and feel completely ripped off. read more

An update from my first review---They're still just great!! David was able to clean the very high up, very dirty interior windows and the difference is remarkable. He cleaned the solar panels on the roof in addition to all the exterior windows, did it quickly and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys!! read more

I'm adding to my update from three months ago. He'd previously scheduled us for the end of August - three months out. Our windows were in need of cleaning so we opted for another company in the meantime. What a mistake. We would be willing to wait six months for Monty or his son to do our windows. This company is worth waiting for. They are quick, thorough, professional and at an outstanding price. We won't wait to book his services but will schedule well in advance. Five stars no question. They just left and my windows look amazing! Monty (the dad), called me back right away and then he promptly came out to give me an estimate yesterday. I didn't have a time deadline, but he called today and let me know there was a cancellation so I took it! David (son) called me 1 hour before they arrived, then arrived exactly on time. The 2 brothers were here about 1.5 hours and did all of my windows (inside and out) + screens + 1 sky light and 30 solar panels and the wiped out the window tracks (they're not spotless, but good enough and there was no extra charge for this). They were quick, efficient and very good - no dripping or streaks and I have CLEAN windows!!!!!! I only had 1 tiny "glitch" that they promptly corrected - I told David when he arrived that the last window cleaning co. i used had bent a kitchen screen to the point where I couldn't leave the window open anymore because flies would get into the crack. I let him know that I would be going around to EACH window when he was done, to make sure that this didn't happen again. Unfortunately, when I did my final check, THEY pointed out to me that the screen in my DR was slightly bent and both brothers said that it was already this way when they arrived (which, to be honest, I couldn't be 100% sure wasn't the case). I explained that when they noticed this, they should have just stopped and asked me to come look at the window, but, since they didn't to that...I was now in a bit of a pickle and I had what I perceived to be another "bent" screen. So - in an effort to give me the BEST service, they offered to take the DR screen with them and fix it for me - how can I ask for more than that (I'm assuming it will get returned promptly). Wow Windows had the best price I was able to find and I will be getting my windows done at least annually from now on - Thanks guys! read more

Second time we have used WOW. They did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. We had come questions about some staining and damage that were left behind by our contractor. WOW returned no questions asked to address the issues. We will use them on a regular basis. read more

I was lucky enough to find this team of window washers on Groupon. I had made the appointment months before they were scheduled and they showed up right on time! They did a fabulous job - I have many, many windows all of which are true divided lights which take much lucker than your average window. All screens were removed and cleaned as well as my skylights. I cannot recommend this father/son team (plus a helper) enough. Professional, friendly and thorough. I started researching window cleaning companies and made a short list of Novato based, local providers who could clean inside and outside my windows, as well as the screens and skylights in two buildings on the property. I called one company who asked me to take photos of all the windows I wanted cleaned. Remember, this involved two houses! They asked how long had it been since the old windows were last cleaned, had my newest windows ever been cleaned, and said they would provide an estimate only after I did this work! I was surprised that they said they would not come out to look at the job, but would use the photos and my answers to write up a quote! The next day, while visiting a local store, who pulls up next to my parked car but a WOW WINDOWS truck! I told the gentleman that I planning to call them for a quote that very afternoon. It was Monty, the father and owner of the company. He told me he would visit in about 30 minutes to see the job. Sure enough, he arrived and we walked through both houses while he took detailed notes. That evening he emailed the quote, which was very, very reasonable, along with suggestions to move certain items so as to facilitate the work. Great communication! We scheduled the job for this morning. Josh and David, Monty's two sons, arrived precisely at 9:00am, as promised. They immediately got to work after warmly greeting our dog. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience with these fine gentlemen. Their communication, planning, punctuality, professionalism and quality of work are superb. My wife and I are absolutely delighted (no pun intended). We cannot recommend WOW WINDOWS highly enough. They even cleaned the door and window on our storage shed that, to my recollection, was not included in the quote. They said they would return to clean any window that showed any water marks or smudges at no charge! Will we use WOW WINDOWS again? Absolutely!! The windows some not completely dried left water marks, old water marks not removed, smudges and they forgot to put the heavy furniture back. The one son knocked my computer on the ground! I found this father and son team, Monty and David via Yelp. I had also inquired with 3 other companies about doing our job. I picked WOW! Windows because they actually came out to our home to give me an actual estimate. This house needed a visual check to be acurate. Monty came and did his check and I received my estimate by email. Wow windows came in at the most fair price. Monty and David just finished our windows and it took them 4 hours. We have a lot of windows and skylights!! They did an EXCEPTIONAL job which included windows inside and out, the screens, and the skylights. They even cleaned our oooh so dirty garage windows. My neighbor had recommended this company based on his experience and their pricing compared to other companies doing the same business. They were excellent on both points. They worked quietly and efficiently to clean our 32 windows. I would use them again without hesitation. They do require appointments and depending on the time of the year it might take 3-4 weeks to get an appointment so book early if trying to time it with the end of the rainy season. It may take a week or more before they get back to you but they will. read more

They were about half an hour late, due to traffic, but they gave us a reasonable bid on the spot for a 2 story house with multiple skylights, were honest about 2 lights they couldn't reach due to the steep pitch of the roof, and the reality that 3 skylights had debris trapped within 2 panes of glass. They cleaned screens too. The house absolutely sparkles. More light is coming in! We were both home, and felt comfortable having them come in and out of the house -- quiet and considerate. Wow! This team is fabulous!!! The windows and screens have NEVER looked this good. We're in the country and so all sorts of insect critters have made crash landings on our windows and the spiders and their webs have had their way with our screens.
