My niece got a pedicure with me and Kelly serviced her. Her pedicure started 20 minutes after mine and somehow finished before me. She barely got any sort of massage. Was charged extra for getting gel polished removed (tried to charge 10 only charged 5) and she was trying to make her get another gel pedicure but she just wanted normal polish. I had to step in and tell her no. Ridiculous. And two of her toes weren't even properly painted?? All 5 of my stars are going towards TT

They strategically got us done because two more people walked in and there was only two people working. I really love our nails! The gentleman there was very personable and funny!! The female was very polite!!! They both worked on our nails and everyone was having a great time talking. The female got my old gel polish off my toe nails and I love the fact she just took off my ingrown toe nail that grew back! It was painful but I was grateful. The pedicure was amazing and I would never of thought to get matte orange nails because their suggestion to match my finger nails was a great idea! Overall, great environment, customer service, and attentive to having our nails look amazing! Plus side also cheaper then most too, I'd rather go here then Cali Spa!

Price: average Cleanliness: 9/10…read moreVibe: 7/10 Interaction: 5/10 Pricing is average. The place looks very clean. Good polish selection. Tools came in autoclave packages. The heel scrubber was disposable. Male pedicurist nicked my foot with some tool and used some gel to stop the bleeding. It would have been nice if he said something instead of me just feeling my foot burn and seeing blood. The pedicurist that worked on my mom did a great job and was very focused on the massage. Mom was very happy. My pedicurist seemed to not want to go near me. Both did fine for the actual polish but mom and I had totally different experiences. I wouldn't say it was worth the $65 "sugar bliss" for myself given the employee did not put in hardly any effort.
