I get this dude named ben I tell him what I want what shape show him a picture fast forward the man doesn't know how to do a star on a nail I told him in my picture I don't want the stones he says what about dote it's a star fish ITS NOT A DAMN STAR FISH but deep down in his heart he thought it was the stars were so bad I thought the dots would help it didn't then he does the pinky it was so cute I do not know were he got all the other ideas for the stars but I guess he went free style then in the picture the base color is like a bubble bath nude he's says I need to pick a base color I told him I want it like the picture clear for like a French tip he ign me and proceeds to pick a horrible base color and says let's do this one i go up to pay I got a fill remember 83.00 dollars WHAT THE FUCK that price is outrageous that's more then a full set for this ingot asss shit looks like I can do it for free I tipped him 1 dollar. it was 10 dollars for just the shape 47 for the fill and 25 for this ugly ass design. if I could give this a 0 I would but I cant so I give it a 1........ never going again the fancy place is just a show read more

I went on a Thursday when there were about 4 other people in the Salon. I waited around 25-30 minutes for a full-set, and when i was finally sat down i was waiting for another 10. The lady who did my nails did NOT do the shape i had asked for. I asked for a rounded almond and instead got SQUARE. My left thumb nails is so clunky and ugly. I chose a color and the woman said that she couldn't do it (WTF) so i had to choose an entirely different color that she "could do". When she was done painting my square clunky nails which were SO thick, she hovered a magnet over each finger, creating a golden stripe, which looked very nice. She then informed me that i would be charged $10 extra dollars JUST for that little stripe. I would not recommend cali nails. read more

I believe the man name was Joe ! The older man who works at this location was very rude. He kept pulling and jerking my hand , stopping because he was getting impatient, sawing my skin w the files. I sat there the whole time saying YOUR FILING MY SKIN. I'd hate to see him work on a little girls hand. And the polish they used raggedy. The hand dryers might as well been hair dryers they headed up the nail polish and it started to dry all strange as if I touched things already. And it bubbled up. I've been here before and never received super terrible service but he had an attitude and if he didn't want to be at work he should've went home. read more

A friend of mine tried to fill my nails for me and they turned out horrid! I stopped in Cali nail salon after work since I was out that way and they were able to take care of me and fix my nails. They ended up removing the set and applied a fresh set for $32. They did as I asked but what I DID NOT like about the salon was the owner who was fixing my nails scolded one of her employees and made him cry because he was unable to understand what his customer had asked of him. Then for about half of my entire visit she was talking on the phone with a friend... Like alright whatever we aren't chatting so I guess do whatever but I was looking for a quick yet relaxing experience and it was not. Lastly she didn't even ask if I wanted gel polish or regular.. She gave me regular but I wanted gel. Oh well. Overall she fixed my nail but I just didn't get the full experience. read more

I went there today and the guy that did mine was horrible. He kept cutting my fingers. And when he went to put the fake nail on. He put in on my skin. Not my nail. When he filed them he broke the acrylic and had to have another guy fix it. I said ow like 10 times. I like cali nails and all but that Guy didn't know what he was doing. And the lady next to him was talking crap about the girls nails she was doing. Saying she had chunky hands. Can we say rude !!! read more

Went for a mani and the nail tech did a decent job. She seemed to be rushing thru it when they weren't busy so I didn't care to much for the experience. However, the cost was $15 so you get what you pay for. Would go again for a basic file and cuticle cut but for overall quality and experience I'd visit a spa with nail services. read more

I have been to this salon a few years ago and wasn't happy but just needed my gel or shellac polish changed. Figured it would be hard to mess up. First this place is not clean, the lady doing my nails wasn't the most clean either but I am making it work. She squirts hand sanitizer in my hand and uses some herself. Now my nails are mine, they are strong and healthy. She got out her dremel tool I'm thinking just going to take off the shine then wrap in remover/cotton ball and foil. NO she filed all the polish off with it. I should have stopped her so that's on me but my nails will take a while to recover I'm sure. As she is doing my nails I am looking around. I'm guessing the table my arms have been resting on has not been cleaned between customers as I'm seeing fingernail clippings of different colors. She gets done and I am looking away at the TV and turn my head in time to see a nasty brush with oil being slathered on the tops of my hands. I know her tools were not sanitized. Went there today with my sister in law because she wanted matte yellow nails. Came out with her nails looking terrible. We walked out and had to come back in..like twice because the nail polish kept coming off, and they looked clumpy. I guess the polish was old. Idk. But, I was extremely frustrated that I paid 32$ for them, but then having to come home to wipe the current color off and do them myself, because they couldn't do a good job. I know I won't be coming here to get my nails done. At least the ladies were sweet though. I'll give them some credit. read more
