The pedicure was fine, but don't waste your money on a manicure (unless maybe you do dip or gel because that's what they kept trying to upsell!) I had chips and cracking an hour or two after leaving the salon, and after 24 hrs, almost every finger was chipping. The pic is from a day and a half after the manicure. I also asked the technician not to cut my cuticles, so instead of just soaking them and pushing them back he took the buffer and buffed some of my cuticles raw. The salon is a nice atmosphere and seems clean, but the service itself was lacking. read more

Very disappointed with my experience at this salon due to bad quality service & customer service to follow. I paid an extra $20 to get chrome on my nails and within 24 hours the chrome had chipped off of 3 nails. I got my nails done for vacation and had to leave the very next day so I was not able to make it in to get these nails fixed. Which, I shouldn't have to worry about after paying $75+ for them. I reached out to customer service and they told me that I could stop in and get them fixed for free. After I explained for the second time to them that l am unable to do so, due to being out of town, they told me "Our salon only offers fixes within a 7 day grace period from your initial service date. Considering your situation and you not being available to come in for a fix, our salon manager has offered to go outside of this grace period due to the circumstances to further assist you when he did not have to. We're sorry you're not pleased with his offer. A new service will not be offered and all sales are final. Should you decide to accept the offer, we can schedule you in for that fix upon your return. Unfortunately there is nothing else that we can further assist you on." The grow out of my nails will be bizarre to get only 3 nails fixed. I'm irritated that I spent nearly $100 on terrible nails. I made an appointment for 3 services a week in advance, & arrived 10 min. before. I checked in, waited 25 min. to be brought back, while watching someone walk in & be brought back immediately. I was seated in a pedicure chair, and waited 25 minutes with no one even making eye contact with me. I went to the front desk to remind the receptionist that my appointment that I'd shown up 10 min. early for was 40 minutes ago, & the 1st word out of her mouth were, "Would you like to cancel all of your appointments?" She then proceeded to make rude comments to me while I tried to explain why I was not satisfied. Apparently, one should not bother making an appointment, & once one arrives there, one should sit down, shut up, & not express dissatisfaction. This business must have so many customers, & make so much money, that customer service is not to be expected. My advice to anyone: Go somewhere else. read more

She addressed my previous concerns and apologized for the oversights. Then she commenced to demonstrating just what a quality service she could provide. Attention to detail. Fantastic shaping. Thorough and smooth coverage on the polish. Reasonable price. No complaints and only compliments. AND...Le did another marvelous job on my pedicure. While I was paying my bill the cashier made me an offer. I was asked if I had an iPhone, when I said yes I was told if I logged on to Yelp and left a positive review 'right here, right now while I watch', I'd be given a free cuticle pen. I'd never heard of cuticle pens and said as much. She reached under the counter for a basket full of the product. They were housed in a small, faded and squashed individual cardboard boxes that looked like they had been sitting unsold in a storage closet for several years. I didn't answer yes or no, I just paid my bill and left thinking, either they are starving for good reviews to offset a slew of bad ones. Or not enough people have thought well enough of their work to bother leaving any reviews for them at all. The manicure was average and the technician was rude. Upset over how ugly and poorly done my acryllic nails are. Did not clean up cuticles; all different lengths because he quickly cut my nails and never compared hands; bumpy/rough surface bc they didn't buff the nail or use the drill to sand down the acryllic. I have random green splotches around the edge of my nails that bled over from my French tip. So upset that I spent $60 for less than a 30 minute quick job. I asked for different things to be cleaned up, and it was barely done bc I was so rushed. Only one coat of polish and out the door. I've been coming here for years and this experience makes me never want to come back bc the quality of nail techs vary so widely and when it's bad, it's bad. read more

Got a mani pedi with a friend of mine. Started off both with the same pedicure with similar nail colors and luckily my friend was in the chair triple the amount of time I was. My pedicure maybe lasted 10 minutes from start to finish. I got no scrub and she spent barley anytime shaping nails. Polish looks ok, but didn't put any base coat on either. the nail tech also asked me multiple times if I wanted gel when I clearly told her only regular polish. I wouldn't have typically cared but my friend got double the amount of care and we paid same price. What bothered me most was when I was done, that nail tech went to go sit on a pedicure chair, took her shoes off and started watching TV on an iPad. I understand taking a break, but atleast do a good service before it. I also got dip done, which looks okay. That nail tech was a little rough and did cut me. But he did take his time. I mostly won't be returning because of this. Also, while there some nail tech was walking around shoeless while another ate sunflower seeds at a nail chair?? I come to this salon regularly to get my nails done. Today (sunday) I went in and was told to wait for a bit, I didn't have to wait long though. I went back and I was taken to a nail tech I haven't had before. He seemed to be trying to do my nails as fast as possible like I was an inconvenience to him. My nails look sloppy and they aren't smooth. He didn't even bother to check if the length and shape was even on every nail. While he was buffing out my nails he went too far on the cuticle and it started to bleed. He didn't do anything about it. I am very dissapointed with spending 57 dollars on a dip manicure that doesn't look like it usually does. read more

The only good thing this place did for me was give me the nail file so I could sit in my car after the appointment and file my nails - something I paid $62 for someone else to do. Additional $10 fee if you want your cuticles trimmed and another $10 for the dip to come off. The lady worked on my nails didn't understand what I want. She even asked me to file myself to the shape I want. She cut one of my fingers and my gel nails came out uneven and super thick. It was the worst nail experience I had so far. I was uncomfortable to pay for that bad service I got and I have to look at the ugly nails I paid for daily. I came here last time I was home and was very pleased with my pedicure. This time around not so great. I came in during lunch time and asked for a regular mani. I did have gel on so they had to take that off. The lady working on my nails did not do a good job at taking off the chill. It seemed like she was in a hurry but there was no one in at the time. My nails feel scratchy since there's still residue from the gel. I even asked her to trim my nails done more and she only did the thumb. I was so annoyed I just had to leave. Best nail experience probably ever. Tom was awesome and checked in to see if I was happy with my nails the entire time. Beautiful facility, relaxing atmosphere. Super impressed that they even gave me a take home bag with the supplies they they used on ONLY ME today so I can use the same tools every time I come in for an acrylic fill. Price was the same I pay other places where I've had awful experiences. They honestly could charge twice as much and id be happy to still come every two weeks.
