Awful service. I thought I would walk out of this install with how they treated me at first. I have a brand new 2022 Jeep wrangler and I wanted a simple speaker install with no wires showing because I will be off roading. Had to buy multiple products on my own because they didn't have anything in stock. Had to bring my own supplies. I wanted an amp, sub and new speakers all around with 2 tower speakers on the sides that i had already mounted for the and did the wiring where I wanted it to go to the amp. After taking the jeep there to get it done the sound system sounded like shit and said i needed another mono amp and blah blah blah after confirming they could do it with the 8 channel amp I had - After the install i see that they had pulled the wires out where I had them and wired them so I could see them (which i specifically said i didnt want). Said they couldn't do it the way I wanted. Also - had to take my jeep back there multiple different times and try to race around to find parts. Not cool. bad customer service and Horrible installation. Right now Im taking apart my jeep to rewire it the way i wanted (they offered to do it after I kept complaining but I already had enough of their crap) the install is completely terrible and messy. wires everywhere - wire clippings everywhere. Also the rewiring is possible down the side of the plastic. you just didnt want to spend time on it. Very disappointed in everything I will post every picture - also they screwed me over on the price and said "i was getting a deal" bull shit Also they "couldnt" use the rgb controller I had purchased (and THEY ASKED ME TO buy it (they also offered to sell me one for 80$ and they are 6$ on amazon). Never Ever going here again. Steer away from this place. I want a refund. bad communication read more

The customer service is good but I wasn't too impressed with the install. I had to take my car back (very inconvenient) because the rear phasing was bad and the vocals sounded really muddy (was told they couldn't fix that). I realized after a week the front drivers speaker was blown and the amp made a white noise sound. Rather than going back again, I ended up replacing the amp and speakers myself using their wiring. Find somewhere else or do the work yourself, you'll save a ton of money and know it's right. read more

I NEEDED A SHOWER AFTER STOPPING BY THIS RIP OFF SHOP I stopped in to find out about getting a remote starter for my car. There's a Groupon for $89 for a remote starter. I didn't mention this. Instead I inquired about the non-discount cost. I was told it was $119. I mentioned that I heard that it can cost more depending on if the car has a security alarm. I was told, yes, it would be an extra $100 if a Transponder "mumble blah." I mentioned that I was told at ACE Hardware that my key does not have a chip. He looks at my key and said, "It has a number on it, I've never seen a key without a chip have a code on it!" BTW, it has two letters. I said, well this car is a 2009 "model make" (a very common car) can't you just tell me if I need the Transponder Mumble blah? The guy said, "NO, we have no way of knowing until we open up the blah blah!" They're backed up for two weeks anyway, so I leave, wanting no part of this scam. I went to ACE Hardware. For $3.59 they made a spare key for me. No chip, no computer, no transponder. I'm sure people go in there and willingly pay the extra $100 to these scam artists just to get their car back. Dave and Team at WOW Electronics were awesome as I had some work done on my radio at the dealer and there were issues with the AUX connection and the dealer was unable to correct. Placed call to Dave in the morning and he scheduled me later in the afternoon for an appointment. About 10 -15 minutes in they called me back to test and all was working perfect. I had came here because they had a Groupon offered for a remote starter for $70. I couldn't pass up the deal. I actually bought 3, 1 for myself and two as a gift. Upon the purchase, I called to schedule an appointment- only to find out that I was to be charged another $90 because my car needed some type of key fob. Well, I had already paid the $70, so what the heck! I took the car in, got the remote started installed and it was fine until I brought it home. When I would go to start the car, my alarm would go off! I called back and they had told me to bring it in, which was a huge inconvenience for me since my schedule lacks free time. Now for the other two groupons that I had brought, one was going to require another $150 since it was a keyless entry and the other (a 1999 chevy pick up truck) was also going to need the $90! I felt so embarrassed gifting a gift that was going to require the person to pay money out of pocket! I don't know why they don't put a HUGE disclaimer on the groupon page with these fees. And to be quite honest, one of the groupons gifted went to waste since the person didn't want to risk damaging their car, after they saw what happened to mine. As for me, I never brought it back to the store. I ended up taking my car to an audio shop closer to my work and having them fix the error. The reason I gave this place a 2 instead of 1 was because of the receptionist/manager- Dave. He is sincerely a real nice guy and really does care for his customers. Beware the additional $90 on top of the Living Social coupon. I even called ahead and told them my make and model of car. Granted they said there "might" be an additional charge depending on the car's system. Well after taking a day off work, sure enough it would cost another $90 on top of the LS coupon for any car that has anti theft. Considering almost all cars nowadays do, they really should put a disclaimer on the coupon. read more

I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company for several years now. The manager Dave is very knowledgeable and has a way to make you at home. I have had multiple accessories installed in two of my vehicles and when and if there is a problem they have always taken care of it. They also have an installer there named Phil and he comes right out to your car to help you. It has always been a pleasant experience when dealing with this store. read more
