The audio place recoated the parking, covering the normal parking lines, and claimed the parking from the other businesses. They put up signs and threaten to tow people standing not parking. Now instead of parking behind the audio shop as they previously did, they now park sideways across the spots to block patrons of the other businesses. A google Ariel photo shows the previous normal parking This does not make sense; the other businesses bring you business. They would rather block 20-30 spots making them unusable with four cars and leave spots behind the shop empty, than park normally and attract business that moves through.

Had to buy multiple products on my own because they didn't have anything in stock. Had to bring my own supplies. I wanted an amp, sub and new speakers all around with 2 tower speakers on the sides that i had already mounted for the and did the wiring where I wanted it to go to the amp. After taking the jeep there to get it done the sound system sounded like shit and said i needed another mono amp and blah blah blah after confirming they could do it with the 8 channel amp I had - After the install i see that they had pulled the wires out where I had them and wired them so I could see them (which i specifically said i didnt want). Said they couldn't do it the way I wanted. Also - had to take my jeep back there multiple different times and try to race around to find parts. Not cool. bad customer service and Horrible installation. Right now Im taking apart my jeep to rewire it the way i wanted (they offered to do it after I kept complaining but I already had enough of their crap) the install is completely terrible and messy. wires everywhere - wire clippings everywhere. Also the rewiring is possible down the side of the plastic. you just didnt want to spend time on it. Very disappointed in everything I will post every picture - also they screwed me over on the price and said "i was getting a deal" bull shit Also they "couldnt" use the rgb controller I had purchased (and THEY ASKED ME TO buy it (they also offered to sell me one for 80$ and they are 6$ on amazon). Never Ever going here again. Steer away from this place. I want a refund. bad communication

I can say I'd highly recommend this place to get your off road lighting done. They're fairly priced. One place had quoted me 900$ to install my Diode Dynamic ditch lights and an Auxbeam gang switch panel into the vehicle but Auto and Truck Accessories got me in at 400$ with free stickers and a pen. I'm not too "electrical savvy" with things when it comes to vehicles but all of the wire work is very cleanly installed and works just as it should. They drilled small holes to fit all of the wiring and zip ties them into places so they don't move or get in the way of things in the engine bay. Very detailed work as it seems. They also answered all of the questions I had. So don't be afraid to ask. Another thing to mention, they called me plenty of times while they were servicing the vehicle to make sure I agree what they were working on as well BONUS: I had an unaligned gap on the hood of my vehicle so I had asked them if they would be able to realign it since I had messed up the installation of my brackets on my own. They were open to fixing it which saved me time of doing it myself so I respect them for doing that.

A driver responding to an accident in front of our home dumped vehicle debris onto our property without permission, using our garbage cans as if they were public equipment. At no point did he ask, explain, or show the slightest consideration for the homeowners whose property he was affecting. When my wife tried to address the situation, he immediately escalated to aggressive, hostile language and an intimidating demeanor. It was unsafe enough for the police to be called. While we waited for them to arrive, he directed the same behavior toward me. Troy Auto Transport on Stephenson Hwy is confrontational, disrespectful, and completely devoid of professionalism. Accidents happen. Cleanup is part of the job. Treating nearby residents like obstacles instead of people is a choice. This company's driver showed zero accountability, zero restraint, and zero basic decency. If this is how they represent themselves in public, I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle or their safety.
