He was very courteous and wanted to ensure we had a great time. He has a selection of limousines/nice cars for transporting you to or from special events in style. We chose the white stretch and it was everything we wanted. When he picked us up, he even rolled out a red carpet for us and snapped some pictures for us to remember. I felt a little bashful as I wasn't expecting the carpet but I felt very special getting into the limo. He blew up some balloons and hung up a happy birthday banner which was a very nice touch that made us feel more celebratory. We brought our own champagne but he had some on ice already for us. The ride was smooth, had great stereo speakers and he took the long way home for us after dinner so we could get the most out of our romantic evening out. We absolutely plan on using him again the next time we do something extravagant. (Also, he has a Raven Rescue on the same property which is really neat. So the story is....Memorial day weekend I was looking for inexpensive transportation to Las Vegas and back. I considered driving but I really didn't want to deal with the traffic or the price of gas. I thought about flying but flights were all too expensive. I looked into ride sharing through Craigslist but I couldn't find anyone that was leaving and returning a similar time of day that I was. But then while searching Craigslist...I found a shuttle service offering round trip service from the LA area to Las Vegas at a great price! It was almost half the price that it would have cost if I had driven myself and paid for the gas. It was nice because I was able to book my trip quickly by phone and then conveniently pay through Paypal (using credit card), which gives security so you don't have to deal with paying in cash and you automatically get confirmation and a receipt via email. The shuttle picked me up at 9 am from Anaheim Metrolink station (one of the many pickup/dropoff locations in the LA area) after giving me a courtesy phone call an hour prior to pick up to let me know the shuttle would be arriving soon. This was very convenient! From there it was a quick 4 hour ride to Vegas with a couple other passengers. After a crazy time in Vegas, I was reminded via text message that the shuttle would be departing at 5 pm, just in case I drank too much during the weekend and forgot how I was getting home :) The return trip was equally as smooth. It departed 5 pm on Sunday night from the Vegas strip and I was able to sit back and relax and catch up on some much needed sleep. I arrived back in Anaheim around 9:30 to end a great weekend! I can't stress enough how convenient and affordable this shuttle service was. I didn't have to deal with having to drive in ridiculous Memorial Day traffic, I saved money not having to pay gas, I was able to sleep on the way home, and I had some great conversations with the drivers and fellow passengers. I would definitely recommend this shuttle to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive alternative to driving to Vegas! I will be using this service for my next Vegas trip! Also, I found out they offer transportation to different tourist destinations and even provide charter services which allow you to rent a shuttle for various group events.

Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.

Uber car seat didn't seem to be a reliable option and ride hailing services required a super far transfer to another pickup location. The bus was also triple the time to our destination near the cruise port. Go Ride was very clear about their pricing and they were detailed when answering a follow up question I had about pickup time which was fortunate as our flight ended up getting in 30 mins earlier than scheduled. Our driver, Oscar, arrived early to pick us up - I received an iMessage from him before landing using my airline's in-flight wifi - I was able to send him updates as we got off the plane and got our bags. He pulled up within 5 mins of my last message when we had our bags conveniently right outside the terminal. It was so easy I didn't even need to rent the $8 USD luggage cart and my kids didn't have enough time to complain about any wait. Oscar was really helpful with our bags and had all the car seats already installed correctly! All seats were facing the correct direction, solid, tight and the only adjustment needed was for the actual seat belts themselves to secure the kids. Oscar offered us bottles of water and we were off to the hotel. On the way we had a nice chat and he was totally OK with the youngest child crying for a bit while navigating LA's notorious traffic (he said it was light but to me it was busy). Drop off at the hotel was smooth and we tipped in cash for great service - he impressed us! Definitely would recommend to anyone especially families looking for a smooth experience getting anywhere from LAX airport. I will be using them again for future travel.
