    Great idea but don't depend on it. Made reservations 2 weeks in advance, then they canceled the day before.

    The shuttle was on time and clean. The driver of was friendly and a safe driver. What more could you want in a shuttle service.

    They were 25 min late to pick me up from the airport. I recommend taking a different shuttle service if you can.

See I use a 10 trip since I don't commute often and also use a 10 trip on the Metrolink just for those days that I have to stay after work. So 24 hours prior to this incident I did call the TAPTOGO center and reloaded my TAP card. So this morning lo and behold card doesn't work. Driver giving me an attitude and gets me embarrassed in front of the whole bus. I told her that I'm not going to gain anything by cheating them over $7 that I had paid for already. She mentioned it may take up to 48 hours for the payment to post. I've got no proof of my fare, blah, blah, blah. So basically I'm out $76, embarrased, and off the bus. Then she afterwards feels bad and decides to just let me on. I'm like forget it. You've embarrased me enough and I get to be remembered by the rest of the passengers as the guy who didn't pay. I've got good ol Metrolink train to save me. Why do I even bother with the bus. Well the commuter bus is a lot faster than the train to go to L.A. So for those wanting to use this mode of transportation, just watch out.

Also, with all the places and spaces we put Mr. C through?? He did it all with a great attitude. You couldn't ask for more. His car was immaculate, has great air conditioning, and was comfortable. There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! We used them again on our trip to the airport a few days later and same experience. Communication was perfect from inquiry about pricing to contracting and during the trip. I booked with Big C because of the wonderful Yelp reviews and am so glad I did. They will definitely be our go-to charter anytime we are in Southern California. Thanks Clarence!

Tonight I had to take the 5 which stopped at a bigger bus stop and the driver said to get off the bus because her shift was over but the other 5 is 10 minutes away. The driver was super kind. The other 5 never showed up so I was told to get on the 6 that would go the same way. I waited 40 minutes for one to actually show up, got on one that all of the workers told me to get on, just for that bus driver to leave and tell us to get on a different bus. That bus took what felt like forever to start driving and I didn't even get home until almost an hour after I was originally supposed to. Absolutely horrible. This system is in no way reliable and when I confronted a supervisor about these issues her response was "these things happen sometimes". If these busses are late some people can't even get to their jobs if they take more than one form of public transportation. I have had horrible experiences on this system. Don't use it unless you absolutely have to.

My sister recently used Executive Line Bus, which advertises transportation from Baldwin Park to the TJ airport area. I dropped her off in Baldwin Park and everything seemed normal at that point, but what happened on the return trip from Tijuana is something that, in my opinion, needs to be investigated. According to the schedule, my sister was supposed to be picked up in TJ at 8:00 in the morning. She arrived at the pickup location on time and waited. And waited. And waited. The problem was not just the delay. The problem was the complete lack of communication. No updates, no clear explanation, no sense of urgency for someone who was essentially waiting to get into a stranger's vehicle in another country. That feeling alone is incredibly stressful and honestly unsafe. When you are relying on transportation like this, especially crossing borders, timing and communication are everything. Instead of leaving at 8:00 AM as planned, my sister did not actually leave until around 11:00 AM. That is a three hour delay with no proper coordination. Imagine if she had a flight to catch. That would have turned into a complete disaster. What made the situation even worse was the response from the company representative, Yessenia. Instead of acknowledging the frustration or taking responsibility for the situation, my sister was told she had to pay another $10 just to get on the later 11:00 ride back to Los Angeles. At that point it wasn't even about the money. It was the principle. When a company causes a delay and a customer is stranded waiting, the last thing that should happen is charging them extra just to get home. The entire experience felt careless and honestly alarming. When people are traveling between cities and countries, reliability and safety should be the priority, not squeezing a few more dollars out of someone who is already stuck. This situation left us feeling uneasy and unsafe, and I truly believe this service needs better accountability and communication before more people end up in the same situation. Mi hermana utilizó recientemente Executive Line Bus, que ofrece transporte desde Baldwin Park hasta el área del aeropuerto de Tijuana.
