You'll also need to walk up a set of stairs to reach the restaurant, which is worth knowing ahead of time if stairs are inconvenient or inaccessible for you. Once inside, I really liked the atmosphere. They also offer outdoor seating, but with the Georgia heat that day, there was absolutely no discussion--we were sitting INSIDE. Our server was Najah (please forgive me if I'm misspelling!), and she was AWESOME. Such a warm spirit, great energy, and exactly the type of person you'd want greeting you whether it's your first visit or your tenth. Since this was my first time, I asked for recommendations. We started with the Boom Boom Shrimp from the happy hour menu, which is available Monday through Friday until 7 PM. The shrimp? 10/10. No notes! For our entrées, my friend ordered the fish and chips, which she loved--and it came with hush puppies, so really, how could you go wrong? I ordered the Bourbon Bacon Jam Smashburger, and it was cooked perfectly. I don't even remember being asked how I wanted it cooked, but somehow they knew exactly what needed to happen. And that bacon jam?! I LOVE a sweet-and-salty combination, so it was right up my alley. The fries were fire too, but apparently I was feeling a little greedy because I noticed mac & cheese on the menu and decided I needed that as well. LISTEN. I would've been perfectly happy if somebody had taken away everything else and left me alone with that mac & cheese. It was THAT good. Easily 20/10. I actually had to ask Najah who made it because I needed to understand what exactly was happening back there! She told me about the chef, who is Caribbean and from New York, and as someone with Caribbean roots who is also from New York, I may be a little biased--but suddenly I understood why that mac & cheese spoke to my spirit the way it did. I've literally been telling people about it ever since. There's still so much on the menu that caught my attention, including the lamb burger, Brussels sprouts, short rib, and several other dishes. I've included a picture of the menu because there's definitely more exploring to do here. As far as seating, Boxcar seems pretty versatile. There were just two of us, but there's plenty of indoor seating along with bar seating, and I could easily see a group of around 10-12 being comfortable. I also noticed what appeared to be a separate space toward the back that may be available for larger gatherings. Between Najah's wonderful service, the atmosphere, everything we ordered, and THAT MAC & CHEESE, Boxcar absolutely earned a return visit. I've already been bragging about the mac & cheese to everybody who will listen, so now I'm looking forward to finding out what I'll be bragging about after my next visit.

For those who don't know, ceramic coating is a time consuming and tedious process that involves multiple passes over one's car. Most people will take 2-3 days to complete the process, assuming you can drop the car off the same day. Rahi was able to get the car done within 1-2 days. His prices for all services, not just ceramic coating, were competitive and better than most dealers. He also completed work we didn't even pay for, such as cleaning up and vacuuming the inside of the car to make sure the experience was a memorable one. All told, easily one of the best interactions in the car world we've ever had. He has earned our business and we will be back. I load the car up and then notice the front fender is detached from the front bumper and the back tire is missing a hubcap. The vehicle also had a strong odor of cigarette smoke being masked by aftershave. I sit in the car and contemplate requesting another vehicle. I decide since I'm traveling for work to request a change of vehicle--this just doesn't seem safe and not what I paid for. I go back inside the storefront and there is my representative asking me if there's a problem. I informed him that there is a hubcap missing and the front bumper/fender issue. He very dismissively says "got it, you don't want to drive in it." He then says I have another car for you and takes me to a Hyundai Accent. It is a much smaller car than what I was placed in previously. I unload all my event materials from the Sentra and into the Accent. Sit in the drivers seat and see that there's only half tank of gas and it is super stinky. Great-Seriously, Great. I contemplated just canceling everything and expensing my mileage at this point. I'm on a time crunch and have a 3 hour drive ahead of me. I decided to take the car and just start my road trip I have to be at my destination by 1pm. So midway into my drive, I want to stretch my driving leg a bit and attempt to cruise using "cruise control" a basic feature you would think all cars have. Guess what? Yep- no cruise control, I would have gone without power windows to have cruise control for my road trip. Point of my story is it was a truly awful experience, I will never rent from this Enterprise again. I was deceitfully given a vehicle that had major safety issues--it really should have been taken out of service and repaired. Then, I was downgraded to an entry level, inexpensive vehicle that didn't match my needs (cruise control, full gas tank) and was CHARGED for an intermediate vehicle. I did not receive a refund for the change in vehicle category. I checked forums when I reached my destination, the Accent is an compact vehicle, Sentra was an intermediate vehicle. Oh and I returned it with a full tank of gas, costing me an extra $15-you're welcome. I'm a pretty low maintenance customer, but this is not how you should treat your customers. Read your reviews, they will tell you so much about what happens in your doors.
