Terrible service! I came today to rent a vehicle and was told I could not use my debit card after I spoke with someone yesterday to confirm my appointment. I work 2 miles from here and with traffic in Atlanta this was my best option. Not one person told me yesterday that I would need a credit card for my rental because my home address was 30 miles from this office. Very frustrated as I have to be to work at 9:30am this morning. When I called customer service I was told the normal is 50 miles from home but I guess this Alpharetta location makes up their own rules. read more

I had a terrible experience at this location and I will not be coming back. Next time I rent a fleet car, I will read the reviews prior to scheduling a pick up. I was greeted warmly--excellent! I thought this is going to be a great experience! I'm taken to a Nissan Sentra that has all the windows rolled down and asked to sign agreement on the tablet for payment, tells me no smoking, fill up the gas tank, etc... awesome, I even get upsold to buy the coverage that protects me for $6. I load the car up and then notice the front fender is detached from the front bumper and the back tire is missing a hubcap. The vehicle also had a strong odor of cigarette smoke being masked by aftershave. I sit in the car and contemplate requesting another vehicle. I decide since I'm traveling for work to request a change of vehicle--this just doesn't seem safe and not what I paid for. I go back inside the storefront and there is my representative asking me if there's a problem. I informed him that there is a hubcap missing and the front bumper/fender issue. He very dismissively says "got it, you don't want to drive in it." He then says I have another car for you and takes me to a Hyundai Accent. It is a much smaller car than what I was placed in previously. I unload all my event materials from the Sentra and into the Accent. Sit in the drivers seat and see that there's only half tank of gas and it is super stinky. Great-Seriously, Great. I contemplated just canceling everything and expensing my mileage at this point. I'm on a time crunch and have a 3 hour drive ahead of me. I decided to take the car and just start my road trip I have to be at my destination by 1pm. So midway into my drive, I want to stretch my driving leg a bit and attempt to cruise using "cruise control" a basic feature you would think all cars have. Guess what? Yep- no cruise control, I would have gone without power windows to have cruise control for my road trip. Point of my story is it was a truly awful experience, I will never rent from this Enterprise again. I was deceitfully given a vehicle that had major safety issues--it really should have been taken out of service and repaired. Then, I was downgraded to an entry level, inexpensive vehicle that didn't match my needs (cruise control, full gas tank) and was CHARGED for an intermediate vehicle. I did not receive a refund for the change in vehicle category. I checked forums when I reached my destination, the Accent is an compact vehicle, Sentra was an intermediate vehicle. Oh and I returned it with a full tank of gas, costing me an extra $15-you're welcome. I'm a pretty low maintenance customer, but this is not how you should treat your customers. Read your reviews, they will tell you so much about what happens in your doors. read more

My insurance company sent my reservation to this location and the not so pleasure of speaking with Mike the assistant manager at 7:45 am and stated that they were low on vehicles until after 1 PM and that he would call me back. Long story short he did not call back and I had to call him and he said he was busy and he was supposed to call 9 people back. To me he was just rude, unprofessional, and is definitely not customer service oriented. read more

They bailed me out when the Canton office dropped off the face of the planet. Nice enough folks, service was good. The down side was the car had a near empty tank and it wasn't particularly new or clean. They classify the Chevy Malibu as a full-size car... Wikipedia, J.D. Power and CHEVY classify it as a midsize car. When I asked about it I was told "in the south it's considered a full size car".. Really, are we prominently short or skinny in the south? I booked a rental and made the 30 minute trip there to be told they didn't have a car for me. I was sent to this location and promised a car would be here. Not only was there no vehicle but when I asked for a different vehicle I was told it wasn't an option. I'm an Enterprise Premiere member. Its laughable. read more

Superhelpful staff in what appears to be a crazy busy location. Had problems initially with rental (check engine light came on, funky smell), but Kevin - asst Mgr at this location - had me on my way in a new rental in minutes. I am a frequent user. My Subaru mechanics are across Hwy 9 from Enterprise. The people are great! The cars are clean and are almost always immediately available. I wish there were a less expensive rate for auto repair, which makes the rental mandatory, not optional. Marco and his staff will take excellent care of you! read more

I travel constantly for my job. I often need rentals for personal travel as well. This Enterprise is hands down the best in my area. Great personnel, impeccable service. Marco followed up with me as promised about the specific type of rental I needed and for the needed dates. I reserved a vehicle online, like I normally do, then when we got to the counter (albeit about half an hour early) they did not have a vehicle for us. So they had to "upgrade us", for an additional fee. I had reserved for two days. When I received the bill, they not only upgraded the daily cost, but they also added a third day, that we did not have the vehicle. Told them how long I needed a car and they gave me quote for 8 days. Used the vehicle and returned it as agreed and when the final bill came, they billed me for two extra days. Said I had to pay for the vehicle even though I dropped it off on Saturday and put the keys in the lock box as they told me to do. They billed me for Sunday as the car sat in their lot while they were closed and billed me for Monday as they finally got around to checking it in on Monday. I'm an Emerald Club member and rent frequently but they won't be getting my business at this agency ever again. Booked rental online. Called ahead of time to have 2nd driver set up on account, and they were very helpful on how to do that. Then when I got there, the fee was literally 3 times the amount that it was online. I questioned how that could be, and he mentioned the 2nd driver, but I couldn't believe that would add enough to triple the cost. Then he said he would credit the amount to offset the insurance, which honestly, I had no idea I had accepted. Apparently in his hurried speech to me about the car and set up, he offered me the insurance and I accepted, which is all still a bit hazy to me. So after the "credit", now it's only twice as much as it was online. Whatever. I was in a spot and needed the car, which was fine, and everything turned out OK. It was the typical fast-talking so you don't really know what I'm doing mode of rental cars. Car was pretty clean, and it looked like it had been washed when he brought it around, but there were noticeable spots still on the car. read more
