I love this place. I've been going about twice a month for five years, and when I walk in they greet me like family. Prices are amazing, selection of spandex, mesh, and performance fabric is fantastic. As a professional costume designer, I need several hundred of yards of spandex every season. I go on fabric shopping trips to NY and LA every year, but in a pinch I can visit World Class Textile and get just about anything I need. I don't know what I'd do without this place! read more

I hit the jackpot!!! I have been looking for wedding dresses and wasn't finding anyting I liked. I didn't want a traditional white wedding dress. I started thinking about making my dress or having someone make it for me. So I decided to look at fabric. The regular fabric stores just weren't working for me, so I looked at Yelp to see if there were any independant stores that I didn't know about. I found reviews for World Class Textile and decided to check them out. The parking isn't the greatest but I had no problem. I just parked around the corner. I was greated by Sadiq who saw me looking at a bolt of fabric. He asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told him something in grey or pewter. He looked at me and said I have the perfect fabric for you. I continued to look and I couldn't believe my eyes when he brought out the fabric. BEAUTIFUL!!! and then he brought out matching satin to go underneath. At that moment I knew that this was the material I was going to use to make my wedding dress. Yes, I am going to make my wedding dress. I looked and patterns at the fabric stores and what I had at home. I found one that I liked with the fabric in mind. I returned the next day and purchased the fabric, underlay and tulle for my veil for $69. I am beyond ecstatic. My experience was beyond anything that I could have imagined. Wow! I'm so glad I found this place. I went in to buy some curtain fabric and was surprised of how cheap they were compared to Joann's. I Mean 50% cheaper than other stores!! They have all sorts of beautiful fabrics. I bought 50 yards of fabric and he even gave me few extra yards!!! What a good deal. I was delighted when I found this shop more than a year ago, and I've been sending everyone I know who sews to their shop. It's family owned, they are always friendly and helpful, the selections are outstanding, and prices are better than reasonable. It's set up bazaar style, and I can spend hours looking through the stacks of fabrics at all the amazing delights, from upholstery brocades to dupioni silk, satins, chiffon, velvet, English and Italian mill wools, broadcloth, eyelet fabrics, sari fabrics, embroidered fabrics, and so much more. I always find new, beautiful fabrics every time I go. If you like fabric, you will LOVE this store. read more

Went in with my service dog. He goes everywhere I go LEGALLY. The shop owner here yelled at us to get out. He also repeatedly stated there is no such thing as a law for service animals. Very rude, very ignorant. I would not recommend giving this place any business. read more

Never again will I be paying with card at this location. At first the daughter that was helping me ran my whole transaction and told me it was decline then she did it again and now my bank is saying that they took out to transaction on my account.This is the 3rd time I have come to buy material at this location and it has happened to me. I came in and paid with my visa debit and and they ran my transaction twice and also took out my money twice then I call my bank because it could have been some kind of mistake and my bank says it's showing up on their end the money was already process. When I call this place back the lady on the phone tells me to come in with my bank statement when I come in she tells me a whole story about how her bank has not yet received any money into their account with my transaction and that it won't be in there till next Monday 9/16/19 mind you I bought my fabric on 9/9/19 how is everyone else is transaction going threw but my isn't then you wanna say oh my bank hasn't got the money yet. Smh I always get my material from this location but I'm starting to think not anymore after this is the 3rd time this happened to me. So I suggest if you want to get fabric from this location pay with cash because if there machine fails to take in the info u put in it will decline your card and they will have you do a 2nd transaction and tell you they did not do 2 transaction but your bank will tell you they did 2 transactions. Then u will have to wait 7 days for there bank to release your money. So good luck paying with card. read more

This place is definitely more of a wear house of fabric. They don't have any air or heat but the price is good. If their is alot of people you have to wait your turn to get your fabric cut. And once they leave to server another it difficult to get them back. However if they isn't many people in the shop then everything is ok. The fabrics are a great price. read more

Not only that, but their prices are so great! I am constantly in looking for fabrics of all types and they know exactly what to show me and they have amazing suggestions to help me with my planning and also the amount of yards I'll need to accomplish my task. They are very knowledgeable of all fabrics and what they're used for and what works well for curtains or table cloths etc. I love coming here and I also refer many of my clients and friends here as well. Staff has excellent knowledge of textiles and fabrics and are quick to help. Just feel free to ask any questions or have them pull out bottom bolts. They cut the yardage immediately from long bolts. The quality of the fabrics and pricing is fantastic. I will be back. read more

When I first walked in , I was surrounded by beautiful fabric! I am an avid joann shopper, but all that has changed today .I was greeted off the bat by a nice young lady. I went in there for one thing ,but over the course at the time I imagined 3 other projects. I will be coming back to get the material for my curtains, especially for $12 a yard, which is way cheaper than joanns. They have a lot more selection than joanns as far as colors and different material. I got a bargain today with the fabric i bought and plan to come back as a regular. read more

After driving past this place many times, I finally took the time to stop and take a look around. It has to be the very best place to buy upholstery fabric in town! The place is huge and a little overwhelming but I'm so glad I gave it a try. My mother and I went in to see what they had because I have several home upholstery projects on my "to do" list. We walked into a warehouse of sorts with rolls and rolls and rolls of decorator fabric. Most of it was very high quality fabric with a price range of $5-$9 a yard. There were only a few fabrics that were priced as high as $12. I ended up buying a very nice microsuede to use for a dog bed for $5 a yard. I must say that the place looks a bit rough inside and out. It was freezing and nothing has a price on it. But a very nice man named Osalwdo showed us where everything was and told us how much the fabrics were. He pulled out every fabric I wanted to see and was so polite, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be back. Next time I'll be looking for fabric to recover my dining room chair seats and my head board! read more

So many varieties of fabric for awesome, affordable and low prices! People were very friendly and helpful. Quality of fabric is good. I just discovered this place about a month ago and it is my go to place now when it comes to needing good fabric for a great price. I use to go to Hi-Fashion Fabrics down the street for most of my needed sewing project materials but I prefer to buy my fabric from here now. The only thing is that the store does seem a bit messy because the fabrics are all stacked on tables and there is very little space to walk around but nonetheless, definitely a great place to shop for fabrics and I suggest it 100% ! read more

this place is FABULOUS! you can't get zippers anywhere for a dollar -- you can here though. Lots of different lengths and colors. the fabric can be overwhelming though because there's so much in such a small space and nothing is priced -- you have to ask. BUT well worth it. the prices are fabulous and everyone in there is super helpful. read more
