I have ate here several times, around 20 times probably always burgers and or wings. The food has always been carryout and always good - great. My last experience not so much, I ordered 3 different flavor of wings for a total of about 40 wings. ALL of the wings were WAY undercooked, I mean WAY undercooked, chicken JUICES and BLOOD in the box. The wings had to be air fried at home for another 20-30 mins. After calling and telling them about this the response was "What do you want me to do about it". Newly opened in the old yogo's building thought I'd give it a try. Folks were friendly enough. Placed my order and was told food would be right out. Went to find seating and found a few booths, 2 large screen T.V. 's and a pool table in the dinning area. Had to set my mind to dive bar/pool room food. The burger and fries came out and they looked the part. The flavor on the burger was spot on for a great burger (that it why I gave it a few stars), however it was so dry I couldn't choke it down. We had been saying that we were going to try this place out. Today we tried it and have found us a new burger joint. I had the All In Burger with tots and the wife had the WCC with fries and they both were great. The burgers appear to be hand pattied and are fairly large. Best Burgers in town! Great creative menu. Down to earth service. Clean every time I have visited.

I waited 50 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers to go. They were very understaffed with only 2 employees in the entire establishment. There were only a few people in there when I arrived, and the person in front of me waited well over an hour. I got no apology for the wait and no compensation for sitting in a chair with a sticky floor. I understand that some days are just harder than others, but I got the vibe that it was just a normal day. The food was good. It tasted like a universal "truck-stop" burger. 3 strikes. I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt when they first open or during an extremely busy time, but "world class" continues to disappoint every single time I've been there. The issue is not with the food; the wings are actually pretty good. The entire issue is with the service/management/ownership. No consistency with employees, never had the same server twice. Employees who take the orders at the counter dont know the menu and consistently charge different prices for same items with a menu and prices laying right by the counter. Horrible customer service via phone and drive thru. Each to go order I have picked up the last 3 times have been incorrect. Today was the final time I try to go to this restaurant. I ordered wings for a party for the CFP Championship game knowing they would be busier than normal I called in an order for 50 wings at noon, asked to pick up between 630 & 7. Arrived at 650 only to be told it would be an hour to an hour and half before the food would be ready. Was told they are very busy and understaffed, neither of which are my problem. I wish they would have just mentioned the under staffed part when I ordered. Unfortunately, I feel this business will not be in business much longer with service like this.
