My wife called me with the news, and I was concerned that during the holidays, service and parts resources would be limited. I was able to get a fix on my wife's location and immediately reached out to local repair shops, only to find, as expected, that many were closed for the holidays. Dynamic answered the call and provided the most needed assistance. My wife arrived at the location an hour before opening. Once the mechanics arrived and opened the doors, they quickly evaluated my wife's car. The tension in the situation was relieved when the concern was identified and its severity reduced. We cleared the EVAP system error code, and my wife continued her journey home. There were some complications with administering compensation for the services, but we worked them out.

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My husband took…read moreour 2017 Ford Fusion to Xpress Pro Tire & Auto on July 1 after the check engine light came on. We had already had the code read at AutoZone, which pointed to the canister purge valve. The experience got off to a bad start because, despite me speaking with Paul the Monday before, the shop didn't even know he had an appointment. They performed their own diagnostic, and the mechanic took the car on a 20-minute test drive. With today's gas prices, that wasn't ideal, but we accepted it because we just wanted the car fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Just two days later, the check engine light came back on. I called and scheduled another appointment for July 8 at 10:30 a.m. When I arrived, Tyler told me they couldn't guarantee the car would be finished that day. Since this is the only vehicle my husband and I have, I had no choice but to postpone the appointment until July 14 at 2:00 p.m. My husband took the car in on the 14th. After another diagnostic, they claimed the problem was again the canister purge valve, along with a fuel tank filler neck, quoting $1,259.99 for that repair on top of the canister purge valve. What doesn't make sense is that this issue supposedly didn't appear on the original diagnostic on July 1st. We were then told they needed to speak with the district manager, Anthony, because there were no notes in the system from our July 1 visit. We were told Anthony would call me to discuss how they planned to resolve the issue. He never did. I've called on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and each time I've been told they're "working on it." Meanwhile, we've been left without answers, and the problem remains unresolved. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in Xpress Pro Tire & Auto. I paid to have my vehicle repaired, but the original issue returned almost immediately, and now I'm being presented with an expensive additional repair that wasn't identified the first time. On top of that, the lack of communication and failure to follow through on promised callbacks has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I will only accept a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be filing complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and contacting local news stations to bring attention to my experience.

My car broke down, and…read moreafter taking it to other shops in the area, I was very frustrated by how I was being treated. I took my car to ABCO, and asked Donny to level with me about whether to sell my car or fix it. It was breaking down every few months, and becoming a money pit for me, and even though I loved the car, I was contemplating getting something more reliable. As a woman without extensive experience in automobiles, I was getting the run-around by other shops who just wanted my money to keep fixing the breakdowns. Donny won my business for life for doing two things. First, he leveled with me and told me that if it was his daughter, he would just get rid of the car and get something safer and more reliable. He didn't want to take my money, only to see me more frustrated the next time it broke down. Second, Donny offered to buy my car as a project car since he could probably fix it and get some use out of it, even with its many issues. I absolutely loved this solution! I loved that car, and just knowing that he could breathe some life back into it, and fix the other major issues when they popped up, well...that meant a lot to me. Now I think of this business as a trusted, ethical, and deeply knowledgeable resource for my next vehicle! He and his wife delivered exceptional customer service, and I think of them as friends now. Not the typical experience I had with other mechanics and their shops! Take your car to ABCO, and you won't regret it! This business deserves YOUR business!
