If you need a TB test go somewhere else. They do not give appointments. I was the first in the door at 8:00am when they opened. I waited one hour to be seen by a medical assistant. They took threes walk-in's ahead of me. After waiting an hour it only took 3 minutes for them to sign off on my TB authorization. Go somewhere else for a TB test! read more

Today September 12, 2023 I went in to get checked for rashes that I found on my chest. While I waited in my room, unaccompanied, I got bored and decided to waste time and watch videos on TikTok. I then heard a knock at the door and in walked in the PA, John Diab Medical License #PA53252. As soon as the PA walked in I put my phone down to give my attention to the PA but instead of presenting himself and greeting me, as I am the patient. The first words out of his mouth were " are you recording me" which I thought was very inappropriate, unexpected and and just plain random. I then proceeded to tell PA John Diab that I was not recording him nor on the phone with anyone. He then proceeded to ask me If I knew that it was illegal to record Doctors and medical staff since it falls under HIPAA. I then told PA John Diab that I indeed did know the HIPAA law because I worked in the medical field for five years hand in hand with many Surgeons/Doctors/PA. Which led to him asking me " Do you think I am lying to you?" I have worked in the medical field for 5 years and have been a patient at different clinics all my life and I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional person especially in this line of work. I found this very uncomfortable and inappropriate as I was not recording him nor on the phone with anyone (which doesn't even matter because patients are allowed to be on the phone with anyone). The laws and regulations of HIPAA were designed to protect the patient's health information from accidental or intentional disclosure by healthcare providers and related entities. I feel as though I deserve an apology for such a distasteful experience. I really hope this clinic fixes their attitude and actually go by for what they stand, which can be found on their page, "Our clinic features staff who are inspired to provide the right care with empathy and kindness, in a conveniently located facility designed for comfort and efficient patient care." read more

Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give negative stars I would. Unfortunately I was forced to come here for a work related test. I would have preferred my own physician but I was told I had to come here. I made an appointment online for 10am. I arrived early at 9:30 to check in and do paperwork. I let the front desk know that I had an appointment. She told me I'd be called soon. I waited in my car. At this point it was 10:20 and still nothing. So I walked in and asked the girl when I would be seen, since my appointment was 20min ago. She then told me I did not have an appointment, that I was a walk in. To which I presented my appointment confirmation to her. Do people just not check?? How can people be so incompetent at their jobs? She told me I was going to have to wait for 3 hours because the doctor was busy and wanted to reschedule me. ABSOLUTELY NOT. My time is precious, it's not like I don't have a job where I can just waste 10 hours for a fricking appointment to pee in a cup. COME ON. I've noticed a common theme with places like these that cater to low income families... People are not standing up for themselves and they're too afraid to speak up and that's why these places get away with taking advantage of people! It's not right!! read more

Patients come here for treatment. Instead one feels, you need to repeat yourself constantly and not to be believed when asked what aches you from a job injury. Patients should be heard not judged on their health recovery. After doing what is asked of them in the process in getting better. All they really do is to push pills on to the patient on every visit by every member of staff. read more

I received medical care at the Salinas Workwell medical treatment center following a serious work-related injury. During a very challenging time in my life, I am grateful to have had a very positive experience with the staff and Doctor Jackson-Scott on my journey of recovery. The staff was courteous and always assisted me as I navigated different appointments and referrals. They took the time to notify and remind me of appoints with specialists I was referred to. I want to particularly thank and acknowledge Dr. Jackson-Scott for addressing my significant medical issues and treatment! I appreciated and was impressed with the scope of his medical knowledge. He was professional, knowledgable and demonstrated that he was genuinely committed to my recovery. He listened to my concerns and was proactive in taking wholistic approaches to my medical issues. He did not hesitate to expand the scope of my treatment as needed by referring me to other medical specialists to address related issues. As I waited in the lobby for my appointments, I observed Dr. Jackson-Scott periodically come out to the lobby, check on patients, talk with children and also demonstrate the same genuine concern for them. The patient-centered professionalism, medical treatment, encouragement and genuine concern that I personally experienced and observed by Dr. Jackson-Scott demonstrate was refreshing and most appreciated!!! If you're looking for a waste of time, this place is for you. Had an appointment to see a doctor at 11:00 and wasn't seen by the doctor until almost 1. Mind you, this place was empty, not busy whatsoever, "doctor" had no excuse. The doctor I saw was a huge joke, felt like I was seeing a bad actor portraying a doctor. From the giggling and childish receptionists, to the nurse that couldn't work a high blood pressure pump, this place isn't legitimate and I find it hard to believe it's open. read more

Came to WorkWell to do a physical if I could give 0 stars I would. The waiting time was horrible I was here for more than 3 hours. I been to other places to do physicals and the most time that I took was thirty minutes or an hour as a walk-in. I do not understand why they take so much even with COVID-19 other places try their best to serve you as quick as possible. read more

I really like it here! It's clean and they have water in the lobby. I can watch television, plus I get great signal while I wait (I can play games). When I came here, I had a horrible experience at Pinnacles that week and was previously (on a separate occasion) misdiagnosed at Doctors on Duty so there was no way I was going there. When I was helped the receiving nurse was super sweet and let me vent (I was literally in tears) and made me feel better. I was seen by Jerome my first time and was relieved that he was as concerned as I was and showed a sense of urgency to get me back to normal. I love that every time I come in for an appointment, the receptionist ALWAYS knows my name and asks me how I am. I know how busy they are so this is a big deal. I've since stuck with Lyndsey as my care provider simply because she's a girl and Related to her really well. She has been amazing and has really given me great advice as to how to heal better. The wait can be a little long sometimes but that doesn't stress me out (I just plan for it) This just shows me they're in high demand. Thank You Workwell!! read more

This place wastes your time. The doctor there treats you like you owe him sum. The young girls are nice and all, but the one of the ladies at the desk with glasses was rude. Literally they can help you out and get you on the way. But instead, they choose to talk and take their sweet time. Like I got places to be. This places hates the people that come here like what we do. Its like we're against them or something . Ima just continue with my life. This shows you how much time I had when I was there. Another thing is every place I went to has clean pins and dirty pins due to Covid regulations except this one. read more

I have no complaints about this clinic. They treat my field workers with respect. The staff is friendly but the Dr's could use some bilingual skills. I'm the Safety Coordinator for a farm labor contractor so I bring in injured workers to be treated and I always get good service. The Dr's treat my worker with the upmost respect and try to get them back to work quickly. The downside for me is it can take a while before you are seen. But aren't most clinics like this. read more

I arrived for my 1:30pm appointment on time only to show up and find absolutely no parking in their very small parking lot. I called them to give them a heads up that I needed a few extra minutes to get change for quarters so I could park in the parking meter area. They said it would be fine but 10 minutes later when I walked in at 1:40 they denied my appointment and made me re schedule . All for being no more than 10 mins late. I couldn't believe it, this will be last visit. 2 stars for the doctor coming out and letting me know himself that he couldn't take me instead of his incompetent receptionist with the IQ level of a squirrel. read more

I have to say that I went here only to see Dr. Borges because I heard he was the best in town. That was TRUE! I have been seeing him now for my low back and wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. The staff remembers me when I arrive and they bill my insurance. It's affordable and there is always tons of parking! A+ read more

Place looks very clean. However I won't be back here again. I was looking for a primary physician online and came across Dr. Reddy, however when I arrived here for my appointment I was not aware she was located in a clinic I was hoping it was her own practice where you go in and out. I waited over an hour to be seen. There was a lot of people in the waiting area to be seen. Some people who had appointments after me were seen first which didn't make sense to me. I will definitely be doing more research to find the right doctor. read more

I went in earlier this week for a work related injury and it was the best experience I've had at a medical establishment. From the front desk ladies to the nurses to the doctor they were all super friendly , personable and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. The doctor was thorough and informative. He didn't make me feel rushed or treated like another number. He took his time and listened to me. I wish more medical place were like this one. read more

Long waits, over 3 hours, they forget to schedule appointments, shoddy care. They have terrible customer service. The front office staff don't even greet you when you walk in. I came in with a serious work injury... They kept sliding people in front of me. The 2nd time I went I had an appointments scheduled. Left my students with a sub yet to wait again for an hour and a half. When I complained about missing work, they said they forgot to put me on the schedule!!! Under the circumstances, we couldn't ask for a better first time experience with urgent care on a Sunday. Very welcoming customer service and the care my 3yr old son received was exceptional.
