So when I finally get back there to talk to her and begin my appointment, at long last, the lady acts like she could care less and says well we have 9 minutes she said like with an attitude of total indifference. I asked if she had an appointment immediately after mine? She says "that's how I work" and her tone was still very uninterested in the fact that I just stopped everything I was doing to come down here, changed my clothes, etc.. She just chews her gum and looked at me like I can't event find the word for how disrespected it made me feel.. yeah I would not recommend Eva to be your physical trainer

Taking them to the YMCA child watch for the first time was extremely nerve wracking, but we were met with the most kind, patient, and warm greetings ever. Each and every one of the care providers talked warmly to the kids, redirecting gently when needed, and reassuring the nervous kids with kindness and compassion. I would 100% recommend taking advantage of the complimentary 2 hour child watch here. It gave me such ease seeing how well my kiddos were being cared for. 5 stars for sure!

They'll tell you one thing and do another…read more I have a voicemail that says they will waive my $23.50 service fee for putting a new credit card on file after mine was compromised. When I went in there and put it on file, the lady told me to my face, there would be no service fee. Two days later service fee appeared. When I went in there to ask about it, the owner came out and the end was a result was he called me a meth head and asked me how many years in jail I'd serve served. Lol. Little did he know I'm a triathlete and part of a triathlon team of 150 members. This place has become really dirty inside the last three years, as well. The pool is nasty at the north, south and Valley location. All of them are dirty inside. Rarely do the elliptical or treadmill, machines work. They're always broken down.

The price is good, but for the same price and more facilities, you can go to Spokane Fitness Center or MUV. Their employees are almost always on their phone which I get, its boring, but at least be available for help. I eventually had to leave because I saw one of the blonde girls that wears a gallon of make up that works there doing some kind of shady deal with money outside the gym as I was leaving and she would bring her kid in and he'd run around the weights area while I'm power lifting. I'm not trying to have a kid run around me while I'm lifting. To top the experience off I went to cancel my membership, I cancelled it and they cancelled it on their end, but then restarted billing me out of nowhere a month after my membership was cancelled and the manager, Randy, wouldn't refund the $100 I got charged for those months even though it was a fault on their part when I just found out about it. Save the headache, go somewhere that's more professional and puts their gym goers first.
