People are actually working out and not standing around talking; not blocking the machines and weights which is one of my largest pet peeves in the gym. The gym was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Safety was another big factor for me. When arriving many times before sunrise or very late at night, the facility is locked down. The cameras and members only entrance is very secure. It is also night to see local police force working out after or before shift change.

I asked them "if I get there at 8am will there be someone to let me in" and they said, "yes!". I show up at 8 the following day and no one is there. For a gym that's way out there, and takes effort to get to, that's not cool to say the least.

I was able to get a nice workout in while he practiced and I loved that it wasn't super crowded. Yeah, it was a Friday so maybe that had something to do with it. The gym, or wellness center as it's known here, has plenty of cardio and weightlifting equipment, and there's several classrooms for group fitness classes and a room for cycling.
