Hi, I wanted to reach out about the air conditioning being down again. I know these things happen, but it's been really difficult to work out in the heat, and it's becoming a recurring issue. Would it be possible to get an update on when it will be fixed for good? Also, given how long this has been going on, I'd appreciate it if you could consider offering a membership credit or a freeze option until the issue is resolved. I was out of town and upon return found out my gym was closing in McDonough. I was told my only option was to travel 15 min to Hudson bridge which I did not wish to do. I promptly wrote an email as instructed by their staff informing them I was canceling my membership. the 30 day period was met however they attempted taking the S25 monthly in Jan which the credit card rejected. Call after call, after call. Now they sent me to credit agency and ended up paying $116. I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND WORKOUT ANYTIME GYM TO ANYONE! read more

Not even a one! Known the owner's ways for over 5 years. He runs a gym to death with no maintenance. 5 of the 10 treadmills are dead, 3 since Thanksgiving! As he closed an another gym, this is overcrowded and always miserably hot. There is no corporate oversight. Looking for a new place! read more

My wife and I both signed up for memberships with this location. Unfortunately, our schedules made it difficult to keep the memberships. We both canceled prior to the renewal and followed the advisement of this local gym by emailing our cancellation request. We have that proof and made our final payment over the phone following the cancellation...confirmed by the agent over the phone that both accounts were paid in full and canceled. Now the account was sent to a third party collector by this gym. Yet, according to our records, this account has been paid in full already and they won't accept our credit card statements showing final payments as proof (I actually sent payments for two months prior to this final pmt too showing payments were all made). We supplied all of this to the collector and he said that Workout Anytime is disputing our proof. According to them, credit card statements showing payments is not proof as well as our emails showing we canceled the membership per advisement of the local Workout Anytime Gym. How else would you prove it? It doesn't matter to Workout Anytime that we received verbal confirmation either in addition to providing proof of payment and cancellation. The account was paid in full so what did Workout Anytime do with our final payments? ***BUYER BEWARE*** Did they steal our $? sure sounds like that if they are saying we still owe it. Marc and the rest of the staff are great!!! Not super crowded like some of the larger gyms. Feels more like a family not a big corporation. Gym has everything you need for aerobics or lifting. Highly recommend read more

WORST EVER! My son was refused from using his trial membership, we both have one, because he is 17 yrs old. However, I came into this location a few days ago to make sure everything was ok for him to workout, and the other young explicitly said 17 was fine. I explained this to the surly female at the desk who was refusing to let him workout but she was not empathetic or apologetic just said no. I was looking for a new gym and had every intention of doing the dual membership for any location in the area but sorry! You have lost our business. This female never addressed my trial membership, did not show me around the facility and believe me It was hard but I held my tongue. We left after asking her to call Cass, the manager, to make sure he could not workout for just today to check out all the equipment but she refused to make that call as well. I called my neighbors later who recommended this place to us and it turns out that that couple has cancelled their membership here. PLANET FITNESS in Morrow is AWESOME. This was our old gym before moving to Stockbridge. So glad they are opening more of these in this area. And another location on 138 is opening soon !!! YAY!!! read more

The staff is outstanding. Fellow gym members are great too. But the AC in this place needs some help! It's so hot that it makes you uncomfortable. This needs to be addressed. I am honestly thinking of driving to a different location because of it. Even though it will be a further drive, it may be worth it. Please address this issue. read more

Went to go sign up for a membership today. When I got there before 5:00pm (staffed til 8pm), there was no staff member on site. A guy installing window tint got a trainer, and she was very nice and gave me a tour but knew little about membership pricing as that is not her job. None of the trainers knew where the front desk staff was, so I left and came back about 25 minutes later. I called a couple of weeks ago and was told by a nice gentleman that they waived initiation fees for public safety/law enforcement personnel. When I mentioned this to the young lady up front, she said she had no idea what I was talking about. She attempted to call somebody and a few minutes later, said that they did not offer such a thing. I don't feel entitled to a special offer, but expect consistency in the information that is given out to potential members, whether by phone or in person. Naturally, I didn't get the man's name that I spoke with. The facility is relatively new and the equipment is new and nice. It's not huge but has everything you could need for the most part. Trainer seemed knowledgable and nice. Not too impressed with the front staff though. Decided to take my business elsewhere as a result. read more

Clean gym and friendly staff! Has all the workout equipment needed for a good full body workout and for a great price with no hidden fees.
