Great gym open 24/7 with access key. The owners are engaged and always updating or renovating the gym. NO showers yet. The best thing here is the military discounts and the friendly service. Located just south of the Atlanta Motor Speedway and next to Wendy's. The gym is new, clean, and restrooms are well stocked. After taking a 3 year hiatus from the gym I decided to join one. When I walked in the first time I noticed that it did not have the "social club" environment that many of the larger gyms have. People are actually working out and not standing around talking; not blocking the machines and weights which is one of my largest pet peeves in the gym. The gym was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Safety was another big factor for me. When arriving many times before sunrise or very late at night, the facility is locked down. The cameras and members only entrance is very secure. It is also night to see local police force working out after or before shift change. read more

The owners of this gym are really nice people, but the gym itself .... well, first of all it's REALLY filthy. Have been a member for around 5 months and the rug has not been cleaned once and is truly nasty, the tile floor is disgusting, the cubbies are covered in dust, and even worse, the equipment is REALLY covered in dust. They ask members to clean their sweat off with the washcloths and spray they supply ( which is appreciated), and you will see them emptying trash cans, using a mini vacuum for about 5 minutes... that's it.... This gym is the dirtiest I have ever seen. The owners, who are again very nice, spend their time sitting behind the counter instead of walking around now and again helping to re-rack weights. I have spoken to four different members who have spoken to the owners, as I have, but they don't seem to care that we are frustrated about this. Many members cannot lift the amount of weight left on the machines, one woman tried to and dropped it on her foot! We all pay the same money yet there are many of us cannot use machines because they do not enforce their own rules. This could be a great gym!.... but the owners need to take care of it instead of sitting there all day.... I hate writing this, they are nice people..... but we are PAYING members who have spoken to them over and over again and have seen no attempt from the owners to improve things. read more

Great local gym, they don't have showers or a sauna but it is kept clean and equipment in good order. I come after work so no biggie about showers, even a peak times you have plenty of options with workout and cardio equipment. The vibe is also good, friendly people so no problem working in with someone. read more

Convenient since my schedule sucks during the week. My first time was tonight. I used only a few of the machines, but they have everything you need! Just no classes which is a bummer because I love yogalates and step. Joined bc my sister in law goes here and I wouldn't have s partner otherwise so that's the main reason, but I'm not dissatisfied. Great 24 hour gym. The staff is pretty friendly. They have really been amping it up with hammer strength equipment which is nice. Turning it towards more of a muscle gym rather than solely fitness -- which I like. They have a lot of great equipment, the only problem I have with is that the free weights room is very cramped and can quickly become a waiting game with all the people lifting weights in there. I hope that they will expand soon! read more
