She did not follow up with me to assure me lessons would be scheduled or answer my questions. I told her I was concerned I was being scammed and now she will not respond to me or any of my friends. Thus far I have been the one initiating communication in an attempt to get my lessons on the books. She will not give me any concrete answers although I've followed up for weeks. I would not recommend this business.

I cancelled after 2 years because the locker rooms urinals have been clogged and overflowing with urine, they refuse to fix machines that either have lost grips or are unstable etc... When I went to the desk I told the young girl that I wanted to cancel my membership. She said "okay no problem". After waiting a few minutes I asked "is that it? Do I need to pay a fee or sign anything". She responded "nope you're good." So fast forward 2 months and I noticed charges from sportsplex on my bank statement. My wife reaches out telling them the situation. They said I should've received a confirmation of my cancellation via email but not only did I not receive the email but I did not know to even look for an email. So now they're saying they will not refund me since I do not have a cancellation email from 2 months ago. This gym is obviously run by crooks that do not care about members or doing good business. I recommend West ga fitness and strength, club fitness or one life. All of which are better gyms.

Upon arrival, I was asked whether the private instructor had reached out to confirm the lesson. I explained that they had not and even asked whether that was part of their normal protocol. I was told that it was not. Based on that information, I proceeded to get my child changed and prepared for the lesson. After my child was changed and ready, I was then informed that the instructor had to leave due to an emergency. While I completely understand that emergencies happen, the issue was the lack of communication. I should have been notified before driving 45 minutes to the facility and getting my child ready for a lesson that was ultimately canceled. What was even more disappointing was that there was no follow-up communication or effort to address the inconvenience after the canceled lesson. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this location. If you value your time and expect basic communication and professionalism, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

The crowded machine, the cost and it's not hard to feel intimidated by the many fit bodies running a hundred miles an hour and slamming down a 100 pound weight as if it's nothing. Yeah I know I'm exaggerating a bit but for me gyms are sometimes very overwhelming. After weeks of searching I came up empty handed trying to find a substitute for a gym until a friend suggested Groupon. Through Groupon I was able to find this hidden gem Newnan Fit Body Boot Camp. They offer a 3 day free trial which of course I took advantage of. You have to schedule an appointment for your first visit which might be a couple days out. It took just 1 class to confirm that I was in the right place. Forget about having to self motivate yourself on a equipment and say hello to what feels like a personal training session. The class I attended was a high intensity cardio workout with no equipment just you and your body. It was very challenging but hearing the upbeat music combined with the fitness instructor Chloe Jones motivating and pushing me, at the end of the 30mins I felt amazing! I've definitely found my workout home!!!
