He also told me that Georgia Power would come out pretty quickly (he was right!) they came out 1 hour 45 mins and it was the issue on their side and I no longer needed an electrician. The customer service and help even without having to come do a service call was excellent and shows that these guys are trustworthy and not just trying to take $ from you. The electrician who came to our house was rude and insinuated we were looking for 'free work'.. um no, we paid someone else $270 to fix our outlets (cheaper than their charge) and they were polite and helpful. They even helped us troubleshoot before charging us anything. Do not recommend.
