I TRIED placing an order back at the end of March before I was even working and when I first attempted to order, the website allowed me to create an account, select scrubs, enter in my card information BUT when I clicked submit order I got an error message saying error something went wrong. I tried again at the end of the day and same thing. My first day comes and I have no official scrubs to wear to work. I tried ordering again and same error message. I decided to order through Cintas (wonderful experience with them), seeing as I had no uniform to wear to work, and needed them fast. A few weeks go by and I get a phone call that one out of my three orders from La Bella Uniforms is ready!?! I immediately call the store and was directed to the manager. I explained that on three separate occasions I tried placing an order, all of them giving me an error code so I was under the assumption my orders where never placed!?! I was told that despite the error message (which is their fault), I am still responsible for the scrubs as there are no returns. I asked why I was being forced to buy scrubs I was led to believe I never ordered and all I was told is there are no refunds. I asked why I never received a confirmation email that these orders did actually get placed and was told they don't send confirmation emails. So you will allow me to create an account with my email but you can't send me a confirmation email with my information that you already have. This is literally the only thing online that I have ever purchased that I couldn't or didn't receive a confirmation email for!? In today's world of online ordering, it's just ridiculous!! My nightmare doesn't end there. It's now almost two months later and my other two orders that I never knew I placed, are still pending!?! I again don't get updated emails but I have to log into my account at work to see it's not even completed. I have been working two months, spent over $200 unnecessary on their scrubs I can't return and I don't even have them to wear! This is absolutely ridiculous!?! I will never ever ever order another thing from this company!? They have been nothing but a headache to me and I will gladly take my business to Cintas who provided efficient service with updated emails all along the way. Please spend your money elsewhere. This place has done nothing to keep my business.

Wishing always to be and appear professional. I needed to buy 3 uniform shirts and 3 uniform pants and I added a knit cap to my order. I requested that my name and badge number be stitched on the back of the knit cap. All paid for in advance due to tailoring. Upon pick up, I was not satisfied with the embroidery on the knit cap. There was no spacing between my name and badge number. It was agreed, due to my dissatisfaction, that the stitching of my badge number would be removed and restitched with proper spacing. I agreed, problem solved. I would come back in two days for pickup. Well the next day I received a call from the store informing me that I would have to take the cap as is and that it looked fine to the person on the phone. I stated to the person on the phone. That I could not believe that after I had spent almost $400 dollars that this could be a problem. Not wishing to go back and forth with an employee I requested to speak with the manager. To my amazement the person on the phone informed me that she was Susan, the owner. "The cap looked good to her and that it was mine" being that I had paid for it. I never request another cap only to have my name and number properly spaced. I will never shop here again. For those who have had a bad experience here, now you know why. Poor management and lack of respect for the customer coming from the top. Thank you Susan for your poor customer service. I will never beg someone to take my money.

    I've used this company to print shirts on 2 separate occasions. The first time around, it was fast…read moreand easy. I placed my order, was told to come back at a certain time, and when I arrived my order was pretty much ready. (I ordered 4 shirts and the employee was working on the last 2 when I arrived, which was fine.) The second time I used Stitch by Stitch, it was much more of a hassle. I placed my order in the store and I was told to come back the next day. He didn't give a specific time so I assumed I could come anytime during the day. I tried calling before I came to assure that my order was completed but no one answered the phone. I ended up coming to the store to check on my order, in spite of the fact that I couldn't get in contact with anyone to confirm that my order was ready. I arrived at 1pm. At that time, I was told that my shirt wouldn't arrive until after 4pm but the design was ready. I asked if I could see the design, then found out that he lied. The design wasn't ready yet either. This wasn't a big deal though. He designed it right then and there and I was able to provide feedback, which was nice. He then instructed me to return after 5pm. I came at 6pm and my shirt still wasn't ready. He reassured me that he would do mine next and that it would be ready in an hour. I came back at 7pm and, of course, the shirts still aren't ready. The owner is a very kind guy! He went above and beyond to assure that I liked the shirt but he needs more help. He was working by himself and several people came in to find that their order wasn't complete. Don't use this service if you don't have a little extra time to spare. It's also pretty pricey...

    I came into this store on December 14, 2025 to have shirts made of my deceased son for an event…read morethat I was having in his memory. I came in with my own shirts and I went over the entire order with the young lady named Grace. She even put all of the information on the order forms in the system as I told her everything that I wanted to be done. She had me sign to say that since I came there with my own shirts, that if the wording or pictures don't come out right, then they are not responsible because it was not their shirts from their store. I came back to the store to pick up my shirts and the pictures were put on the wrong shirts. She went to see if they had more shirts, but they did not. She called her general manager David and he stated that I signed a form that said if they make a mistake on a shirt that I brought in myself, that I have to go and purchase more shirts and they will reprint this for no charge. This was not correct; she told me that I was signing for if the shirts did not come out right because it was not their shirts then they are not responsible. While I was in the store, neither one of them ever said that they were sorry for the mistake that they made. The manager just kept saying that I needed to bring more shirts back and they will reprint for free, but they are not responsible for anything else. I kept telling him, that this is very unfair because this was a mistake that the store has made, after he just kept repeating that, I took the shirts and I left the store. I called back up to the store several times, some of the times that I called, Grace stated that she gave David my number, or he was on her other line, or he was due to call the store back again. I left my phone number more than once for the manager and he has yet to this day returned my call. I then asked for the owner information and she told me that she could not give me that information. Then Grace told me to send an email in order to reach the owner. This is the email address to the store for when they place orders and everyone has access to this email. I sent an email to the email address explaining the situation and the owner has never reached out as well. Since there was no response back from the manager David or the owner, I went to the store with more shirts that I had to purchase over again and was told that these shirts will be ready the next morning and they will contact me. In this time, the owner had called and spoke to the employee and I ask for the owner to contact me and that never took place either. I waited the entire next day and I did not hear anything from the store, final a couple of hours before they were closing, I started calling up to the store and there was no answer on the phone. I called several times and there was no still no answer. I waited almost an hour later and called back and finally got an answer. At this point, I was told that my shirt was not ready and give them 15 minutes. I think that this is totally unfair for a place of business to not even take accountability for their mistakes. There was no solution offered, or not so much as an apology from either person. I already spent my money and trusted this place of business that I found online. This is not fair to tell me to go out and spend more money on additional shirts, that I already paid for as well as a service that I paid for and I already had trouble getting this color of shirts in the first place. This is not professional behavior from a place of business, and I feel that something should have been done because this was the mistake of the store, instead of telling me that I sign a paper basically saying that if the store makes a mistake on your shirt that you took to them, then they are not responsible. They had no compassion that this was my deceased son and anyone that has lost a loved one would understand how hard it is to even look at their pictures, better yet for them to put their loved one on shirts and how disturbing this is for the store to not acknowledge any fault to the grieving person. Since this store is always commenting on the reviews that people leave, then they need to explain why there was not one apology from them at all nor, did they offer any compensation or the accountability for the mistake that they made. The solution for them is to blame the customer, even if the error was on their end. If allowed, I would not have even given one star. I will be reporting to the BBB as well.

    Stopped by to grab some 8.5x11 printable vinyl sheets that I normally pay $1.50 from everywhere…read moreelse, the owner told me his t shirt transfer sheets are $10 each. These sheets are the same size and of a less quality as the printable vinyl sheets I purchased from Aviva wholesale. I like to support local businesses but this is just horrible.
