They notified me promptly after UPS had delivered my guns and were on the ball with forms and my payment. In both cases, I was back after the annoying but required seven day wait. We finished up quickly and were done and gone within a few minutes. They have almost unlimited parking with eas. access to Central Avenue. For customers only, they have a nice clean restroom. All their for sale merchandise is well displayed and they're up on all the details. Prices are fair too. I'm a big fan after only four visits.

No supply of used guns, maybe 8-10 used guns. I tend to gravitate towards the used stuff. Firearm pricing was MSRP, as were the accessories - mostly. Stocked ammo was priced on the higher side. But if you need a box or 2 right away they'll probably have it. I didn't see any real bargains or something I couldn't live without. Maybe another time.

Someone called him from a number that was very similar to the store number, but not the same. We got there a few minutes after the store opened and went to the back to the gun counter, checked in, and were helped right away. They went to look for the gun but couldn't find it, so they checked their computer and it showed that it hadn't been delivered yet, but would be there in two days. Great. We started to leave, but headed back to make sure they had my husband's correct info to contact him (because he hadn't gotten an email he was supposed to receive), and we decided to ask for the tracking number so that we could know for certain when it arrived. I looked up the tracking number and it showed the gun had been delivered two days prior--it was there somewhere. So we showed them, and they looked in the back for about fifteen minutes before someone emerged and told us they had found it on someone's desk. Whew! So then my husband filled out all his info for the background check and when that was all done we were told there was a seven day waiting period. Well, that goes against Federal law, but whatever. We came back 8 days later, when they called and said we could pick it up, and that went smoother, just took awhile to get helped. So moral of the story--check your tracking if they say they don't have your gun!
