Visited in December and loved this shop. It was extremely busy but they have alot of very helpful staff and had a very positive experience. We looked at several firearms and the team was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though it was very busy, we were not rushed and the team took time going thru everything with my husband and I. They offered suggestions and were extremely pleasant to work with. While we did not buy on the first visit, we did venture back a few days later and purchased two new firearms as well as a suppressor. The paperwork process was prompt and simple and our firearms were ready 7 days later! Great place with a ton of inventory, reasonable pricing too! Pitiful. Talking to a clerk and he lost interest and just walked away. They were unable to answer any question i asked and another clerk just kept jumping in the conversation then one would just go do something else. Not salepersons at all. What started as a possible transfer ended up as an in store acquisition. I got blindsided by a big national reseller and went looking elsewhere. I discovered the antique I was after by carefully looking at the listing with another big national reseller. A phone call with the right answers had me driving down to inspect the old pistol and a few minutes later, it was mine. After a seven day wait, I took possession of it and drove home. The store staff is very knowledgeable, informative, polite and helpful. The entire transaction went well. The store is jam packed with plenty of the latest and greatest firearms and accessories, ammo and various optics. Shopping there was easy. They're conveniently located on Southern Blvd. In Rio Rancho with ample parking. If I were to do a transfer, I'd likely use them. I bought a PSA Dagger (Glock 19 clone) and didn't really care for the sights that came on it. I checked with Bulldog first and they didn't have the XS night sights I wanted in stock, so I ordered them online.
