I turned to Yelp Bob was the first to respond. He was willing to come to us, but our dog (see other Eric reviews) is a barrier to anyone visiting. Any way, we went to Bob. He found the issue (a faulty drive and messed up drivers) cleaned the junk, reloaded the new drive, and got us a year of MalwareBytes. So far, after a week, no more issues. Quick response, good value, would recommend.

The old band would not come off. This can be a problem with Apple watch bands. I took it to Apple RX in Landen OH. They were able to finally depress the lock button on back of watch. Then, they worked to get the old band slid off, cleaned off the band slots. This was done all while I was waiting. I am grateful for their excellent work and for the referall from ATT store. I didn't see any reviews on here for them, but decided to give them a shot anyways, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. I had purchased a computer on ebay that apparently had the wrong operating system and a ton of bootleg programs, which ultimately caused it to crash. The owner Chris, was awesome and showed me how to prevent this from happening again in the future. He opened up my computer where the battery goes, and showed me that it has the correct operating system stamped on there. He reinstalled the correct software for me, and over delivered on his promises. He quoted me a certain time frame, and he was super fast and proficient. I got my computer back just a few days after dropping it off. He also gave me a free virus protection program and saved everything that was on the hardrive and desk top. I was so relieved because I have my photography and graphic design stuff on here, and stupidly hadn't backed it up for awhile. Well, Chris saved the day, and I would gladly use him for any future issues I have with my computer. A+ Service!!

After a critical hard drive failure, I discovered DRC's website which noted that it had recovered…read moredata for major motion pictures, national companies, and personal users. Upon calling, I talked with Curt, who kindly assessed my problem and explained the data recovery process. I went to drop off my drive the same day. The location was somewhat difficult to find. Data Recovery is located inside the Clear Channel Building, the shiny tower just off the Montgomery Road exit on I-71. Their website said Suite 700, but upon arrival, the door placard read the name for HQ Global. In fact, it looked more like a law office than a place that salvages data. I walked through the big, glass doors and asked the receptionist where I could find the business. She said, "That's us! Are you dropping off?" I left my drive with her at the front desk, a post-it note attaching my name and info. I'll admit, I was a little nervous not getting to meet Curt face-to-face. It's always nice to know who is handling your sensitive information. The next day, I receive a call from Curt. He analyzed my drive and discovered the power board had been damaged. It was going to be replaced, then sent to the lab for data recovery. He quoted the process would take 5-7 business days. That was faster than I expected. The cost? $2,000. Ouch. OUCH! Having shopped around for companies, this seemed like the average rate for a damaged drive. Throughout the next week, I received updates from Curt about the status of my drive. It was sent to a lab for repair, but unfortunately, the data was unrecoverable. While I felt well-informed with the status updates from DRC, I didn't get my data back and have to give this place 2-stars.

I was absolutely panicking until I came across Data Recovery Cincinnati and left a frantic message for Curt on a Saturday night. He contacted me on Sunday and let me know he would be able to look at my card on Monday, and I picked up a flash drive with ALL 2000+ photos recovered by Wednesday. HE IS A MIRACLE WORKER! Curt was so calm and efficient on our initial phone call, just talking to him made me breath a bit easier and hopeful that he would be able to work some magic. The crazy quick turnaround time, the responding on a weekend, the incredibly affordable price, the confidence and professionalism= all reasons why I have already given DRC name to all my local photography friends. I hope to never need his services again, but am so thankful to him!

Soooo, sometimes computers fall off of things and then the screen is cracked and you have to have…read moreit hooked up to an external monitor for almost a year because you don't just have a new-computer-screen budget hanging out in your bank account. It happens. Friends had told me about Elan, and I finally called them up and they said it would only cost $250 to replace my MacBook's LCD screen. So much cheaper than I had anticipated and been warned it would cost through Apple since my warranty/apple care had long since expired. Aside from the pleasantly surprising cost, the service was great. Friendly, helpful and fast. Dropped it off on a Thursday just before they closed (they're closed all weekend) and I got it back the following Tuesday. Way faster turn around than through the Apple store! Now I am free to review all sorts of cool places from the comfort of my cozy warm bed. :)
