Everyone was courteous and professional from my initial call through the treatment process. Mia help me understand the process and select the right services. She even re-fed my parking meter since brows and extensions took slightly over 2 hours so I avoided a parking ticket (street parking is easy and $0.25 for a 1/2 hour) Grace was my technician and I can't say enough wonderful things. She spent time with me to help me decide the look for my eye extensions and brow shape and tint. The process was relaxing and the results absolutely perfect. Love the look and for once am so excited to be in wedding photos. Grace is that perfect blend of personable and professional- I highly recommend her. Wish I could comeback every 2 weeks to Dreams Lash Bar to keep the look. I'm already looking for a place near my home in Jacksonville Florida but must say the bar has been set high by this Lash Bar.
