I came in to get an air filter and took a moment to check the store out. It was well-stocked and the staff here were friendly and professional, especially for an early Saturday morning. Overall, it was a positive experience.

5 Star update for an expanded store and great service!…read more Whenever I need something for the home or lawn, I'd much rather spend my money at this small Ace versus a huge Home Depot. As soon as I walk in, I'm always greeted and offered help finding whatever I need. Though you may think it's small from the outside, they carry an incredible amount of products and once you're inside, it's much larger than you'd think since the expansion. What continues to set it apart is the level of service. So glad we have this shop so close to my neighborhood!

After looking at material costs and the options other building suppliers offered it was hopeful that for the size and number of panels we needed that ACE was our answer. And they were. They had all the materials we needed to replace the panels ourselves and the gentleman at Ace Orlando assured me that I could and he directed me as to how to install new screening for the lanai - to include suggestions as to which material would be best to prevent further need to replace screening due to said dog. I really appreciate the customer service at this location. I wanted to get in and out quickly and several members directed me to the correct aisles to get what I needed. I like that they are so knowledgeable about the location of each item I needed, even down to providing directions to the exact spot (i.e., halfway down the aisle or located on the left side of the aisle). It just feels like a neighbor store instead of a big box retailer. I purchased my items and pickup my online order and was out the door under 15 minutes! You got to appreciate their efficiency and customer service!

I did a pick up three Windsor Newton watercolor tubes for $1.27 each they were in the clearance section. Winsor newton is more of the high end watercolor supplies so I'm actually pretty shocked I found some in clearance. The lady at the counter was super nice; however with Christmas being 50% off the stores very busy and if you don't like crowds I wouldn't recommend going on an afternoon. I actually really like everything in Hobby lobby; I love the assortment of craft supplies to home decor to puzzles and candles etc. if you haven't been here I definitely recommend coming to this hobby lobby. 10/10

I have been a longtime Hobby Lobby customer and have used their framing department for years, but…read morethis experience was incredibly disappointing. My $350 custom framing order was significantly delayed, I was never contacted about the issue, and my daughter's birthday came and went while I repeatedly had to follow up myself. When I finally spoke with the store manager, Joshua, he was aggressive, condescending, dismissive, and made me feel as though the situation was somehow my fault--in front of other customers. He would rather remove my artwork from the completed frame than offer anything beyond a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but customers should still be treated with respect. Unfortunately, after years of shopping here, this experience has made me uncomfortable returning to this location.
