John did my nails he rushed through them barely put top coat on them the polish isn't even all the way on my nail, you can see each layer of polish due to the fact that he did not put the polish on my entire nail while still managed to get it all over my fingers. I'm am extremely displeased especially because I wasn't even originally going to get polish because I was afraid it would look horrible. Welp I wasn't wrong! I've never been more disappointed with a service in my life. There is polish all over my cuticles on my nails and feet very dissatisfied especially since I paid 35$ and it looks like a five year old did my nails ! Staff were very unpleasant and in a rush, I asked for tips for my big toes with white gel polish. On the 4th day my acrylic toenail fell off with no pressure or manipulation. On the following day I returned to have it repaired and they explained they were short staff and to come back the next day I asked what would be a good time to come back and the lady at the front said anytime would be fine so I returned at 8pm the following day, they close at 9pm and she proceeded to tell me to come back and wanted to go back and forth with me after I stated they told me the same thing yesterday and I requested a refund because I was receiving the run around. So now I'm sitting waiting after 15mins for them to repair my toenail because of the lack of quality of the service. I am very unpleased with this service and will not be returning. I have been going here since November 2020 and make appointments with Antonette. **Antonette is amazing and I would 100% recommend her** My issue is NOT with Antonette. I called on Tuesday (4.6.21) to book her earliest appointment on Thursday morning with her. I gave the receptionist my name/number and confirmed I was scheduled for her very first appointment since, I have work right after and have an event this weekend. When I arrived, I was told she was already booked and given to a different nail tech. The lady at the front desk apparently doesn't keep track of her appointments and it's very unprofessional. I had specific clear/glitter and butterflies on my middle fingers and they are now cloudy because the same products were not used. I am highly disappointed in how this was handled. If my nails weren't out grown and needed to be fixed for my event, I would've walked out. This is now the second time, I've had an appointment with her and been given to a different nail tech and the work is never comparable to Antonette. read more

I should have stopped supporting this business a long time ago. I have had several pedicures here and every time has been a disappointment in one way or another. Being the kind of person I am, I assumed the disappointment was because of the day/employee who completed my service, so I went back in hopes of a better experience. The staff are nice until you question something or say you do not like something they have done. Then, they mumble under their breath to their coworkers in another language and laugh. I paid for a mid-level pedicure and the woman had no intentions of completing the final steps of the pedicure listed in the brochure until I asked about them. I've been going to this place for the last 15 years and since the ownership changed the atmosphere has been very unprofessional snobby and discriminating if I arrive 10 minutes late they talk rude to you and tell you next time they're going to cancel your appointment but last time I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and I had to wait another 30 minutes because David wasn't ready he said that he's a technician he can do whatever he wants. I should've looked at reviews before going here, but I'm actually very happy that other people are giving them the rate they deserve. My friend and I went in for pedicures on 2/29 and were treated so poorly. She got the regular pedicure which was 24, and I got the 30 dollar one because I wanted the scrub. Her nail lady kept trying to get her to get the more expensive one and was very rude when she didn't want it. They didn't even scrub her feet which is so ridiculous. Treated her so poorly and I felt so bad. My lady barely scrubbed my feet, and idk what she did but this morning my big toe is in pain in the corners. I can go into so much more detail but the point is, I've paid less before and have gotten way better customer service! These ladies are down right rude! Just because someone may not speak your language, does NOT mean we as people can't understand your little faces body language and you pointing at your clients feet and laughing. No tip. All I can say is if you're going for a specific nail tech, like most people do for David and his wife then that would make more sense. But all other services. Don't waste your time. Nice place, but One technician didn't give me what I asked for my daughter, instead did her own thing which she actually charged me more for. went with my best friend and her mom here to get her nails done this past weekend. maybe i'm big on customer service , but this was not it. the lady who seated her was impolite and impatient. a lot of the employees in there gave me a vibe like they were acting like they were above the customers because they were working in a nail salon in the mall . someone needs to remind them their job isn't that special. my friend's mom also told me they had been coming there for some time and she wasn't a huge fan of the customer service either. maybe work on being a little kinder to your customers and so many people wont have horrible things to say about this place. read more

My experience here was awesome! I came with a friend to get our nails done for a wedding and just to relax and have fun! The lady doing my nails was great! She tried her best to find the best colors and she answered our questions about shellac to the best of her ability. The color choices for shellac and gel polish is sufficient. We found the perfect colors that we were looking for. My pedi was so relaxing. It included a spa cleaning and massage with a hot towel wrap while my nails were being done. The massage chair was comfy and worked really well. I got shellac on my finger nails for the first time. I love how it turned out. This is a walk in and we had no waiting time. There are plenty of pedi chairs and mani stations and many workers. It did not take long to get my mani pedi done. And it was all done very well. If I ever decide to get my nails done again I'd definitely go back. The price was not outrageous. Oh and they are very honest considering I did the math wrong when I added my tip which would have given them more than I intended to give but the lady stopped me and fixed the tip to how I meant it to be instead of taking what I wrote. AWFUL PEDICURE TODAY! If i could give this no stars I would! I went in to just get a regular pedicure but she says oh you need to do a signature pedi (because i had callus on my heel and toe) I said ok i understand thats fine.. But what's not fine is the fact that she didn't even get the callus off my feet! She NEVER ONCE rubbed my feet which i paid $6 more for a "sensual calf & foot massage" which is what it says in their pamphlet. Plus when she was "massaging" my calf she wasn't massaging it she was digging her fricken nails in my skin. NEW FLASH THAT DOESNT FEEL GOOD... EVER!!!! I will NEVER go back to this shitty place. PLUS She cut my toe and she did a sloppy job on cutting my nails, I had to go back and redo her shitty job. This place is just terrible worst 30 bucks i spent. First time going to Wonder Nails. They were very bust but I only waited about 5 minutes. When I sat down I asked if the bowl had been cleaned, she said, "yes, I spray alcohol", as she was spraying. I watched to see if others were cleaned when people left and only saw one being scrubbed with a brush all others were wiped with a towel. These people put the SLOW in SLOW AS HELL!!!!! My mother and I came here TOGETHER and got seated in the Pedi chair AT THE SAME TIME and I got a sloppy job done in 30min. But my mother sat with her feet in the water for an hour and a half WAITING. They didn't even TOUCH her feet in and hour and 30 min of sitting in the chair. At this point her water is cold. The person I had Kayla I believe did good on my nails but when it came to polishing my feet she cut my toe nails down very far and they were slanted. She also stated that they do not normally cut your toe nails when doing a polish change only file them. That didn't even make sense to me. You can file my toe nails but not cut them. My eyebrows were horrible I had to ask her to try and fix them and I eventually just told her not to even worry about it. I will not be returning. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

While she was exfoliating my feet she said "your feet are really dry you needa putta lotion". I'm not sure who I got, but she was very thorough with my nails. I got a full set of acrylic with french tips and nail art. I am very pleased with it, however some of the nails don't go all the way back to the quick of my natural nails so the paint doesn't either. Other than that, it was a great experience. The atmosphere was friendly and the employees were patient. The lady next to me was giving one a hard time, but he was calm about it and explained what it was he was doing. He was amazing so this review is not about him. I scheduled my refill with him for three weeks later on the 29. I called today to reschedule my appt to a later time and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. She hung up in my face because she was frustrated. I called back and she didn't pick up. I called back again and I asked her if the phone hung up and she said said yeah. So I proceed to tell her to change my appt and she says you only get to change your appt one more time and that's it! I told her she was very rude and said nevermind! I originally wanted to patronize this business as I used to be a client of David's years ago. I would of not given any stars but this app makes you choose a star in order to post your review. I went to this establishment with my friend today to get pedicures and a polish change. When we check in the young lady at the front desk said we would only have a 15 minute wait. So we waited about 35 then we got in the chair for the pedicures and had to wait another 15 minutes. Then the water was freezing and they told us it was because of the amount of people they had. Then the ladies had attitudes with my friend asked for a color even though she wasn't her tech. Once we got done with the shitty pedicure it was time for me to get my nail fixed. One young lady started and then realized they were acrylic (even though I told the Asian lady before-mind you this girl at the front desk looked 15) so she stopped and asked the other man to do it. He got up and said I will help you in a minute. She doesn't know how to do acrylic and will mess them up. So of course her and I looked shocked because her was talking bad about her right in front on me. So she got her stuff, asked for her check and left. Then I tell them I've been here for over 2 hours and you're just now getting to me and not doing anything to make me feel better about this experience. So the guy does my nails finally after like 15 more minutes and they look alright and it's time to pay. When I walked in I asked the price like I always do. And the girl at the desk said the nails are $20 so I said cool! Well when I got the total they said $23. I then stopped and corrected them. Their excuse was they don't know the prices. I then challenged them and said so you put people at your front desk who don't know anything? That doesn't make any since that's false information and that's not right. I know it's only $3 but I felt as though i was mislead and I don't like being lied to. I paid and I left. I will be watching my bank to make sure they do not try to charge me more now that I have left because if they do I will be taking my issues up with a higher authority. Worst manicure I've ever had. Lasted maybe 10 minutes. My nails were filed unevenly, the polish wasn't capped off and went over the side of the nail bed causing my polish to chip immediately. Seriously disgusted with my service ! The first time I came I specified that I would like a person who was precise, they guided me to "Kenny" he did a good job the first time with the exception of by the time I got to my car one of my nails had already chipped. I did not complain I loved the way he shaped my nails so I came back a second time. The second time I came I was horrified by the service my nails look clumpy and they are obviously missing another coat of color because they have that see through look nails have when you don't add enough coats. He forgot to put a top coat on one of my nails. After PAYING THEM I asked them to please fix my nails emphasizing that I didn't mind paying extra then the guy " Lucky" proceeded to try and mock me when I was explaining what was wrong he laughed at me and told me he only sees that a top coat is missing on a nail. Truly disgusted. I could have easily went off and not paid until my nails were done correctly I could have caused a scene but instead I remained calm and asked for help and was taken as a joke :) I don't suggest this place to anyone, you should definitely take your business somewhere where customer satisfaction is a priority! read more
