The concept was a little unclear at first. There's minimal employees in the place and little to no direction. It's just a little stand with some tablets. I thought it was more like a food hall with actual food stall but that's one me. The seating area has several tables and I will say it's very clean. It took 25 minutes for a salad and 6 which was kind of long. nonetheless, I enjoyed the salad and the wings were okay. I got the Hanu Poke bowl both times and it was really good--big portions and the tuna was actually extremely fresh. My husband tried a chicken bowl from Limesalt and then the pulled pork and cornbread from Tejas, and he said both were pretty solid. Each order was large -- 6 - 8 different dishes spread across multiple cuisines (Mexican, Mediterranean, American, hot and cold foods). I was very pleasantly surprised -- I'd say 90% of it was very good; 5 percent just good to okay, and 5 percent not worth reordering. I was lucky to have a coupon from the mail for 50% off (but maximum of $20) good for two orders. I'll add that the delivery time was faster than I expected each time as well. Note bene that, just like all the other food delivery services, they lowball the listed delivery times. I'm giving this review because there ia a.lot of improvement that can happen. We ordered our meals which took almost a half hour longer than expected. The food was all cold AND we were missing an item (which i received credit quickly). In addition, it felt like we were eating the dead sea because EVERYTHING was salty. The staff is friendly but the food quality is horrible. I am not talking about taste because that is different for everyone. The meat was real dry and the textures were rubbery.
