Superb general contractor and renovation expert. I recently had Wolfe Construction complete a total kitchen renovation project down to the studs. Work involved removal of a wall, relocation of water, plumbing and electrical outlets, installation of all new appliances, new cabinets, and oversight of granite counter tops. Since I live in a condo, the rules and requirements for this work are more detailed and tedious than in a single family home, however, Neil and his team of professionals readily and quickly adapted to the environment and worked seamlessly with the condo staff to minimize the impact on my unit as well as my surrounding neighbors. From start to finish, they performed as a professional team and completed the work on time and on budget. I have since had Wolfe Construction remove the popcorn ceiling and install crown moulding and new door frames in the living and dining rooms. Again, the workmanship is superb. In my home I especially like the fabulous detailed touches! For example, the precision of a mitered corner - just so very lovely. Neil and his people did it again. I finally got around to scheduling Wolfe Construction to come in and work on my bathrooms. They did a complete redo of my master bathroom (granite tile, glass shower, new cabinets with marble top, lighting and other electrical work, new tub) - at the same time being careful to preserve the full wall mural that was the only thing I wanted kept from the old bathroom. After splurging on my master bath, Neil helped me make cost-conscious decisions on my guest bathroom and made it look like new with a new tile floor, countertop, and molding. We've done one major project with Wolfe Construction and a few little ones. Nothing ever goes perfectly and it's how a contractor deals with that is I feel the way to measure a good contractor and Neil always was upfront, took responsibility and made it right.
