He said the part would take 10 days to arrive and was on his way out when I noticed the drawer was not closing at all and was much worse than before he "diagnosed" it. Had I not noticed, the food in our freezer would have likely gone bad over the next 24 hours. Before Jason left, I brought the issue to his attention and he immediately got defensive, sarcastic, combative, and condescending. I was clear that I wasn't asking for a miracle, I just wanted the door to be in the same condition as before he took it apart (not worse). He wasn't having it and eventually left. In the interest of getting the part faster (the rail that Jason said needed to be replaced) - we asked Jason for the part number and told him we were going to order it ourselves, which we did. When the part came in, we opted to go with a different service team, Appliance Care and Repair, who were fantastic. The problem now was, however, the part that Jason told us to order was the wrong part altogether. It was the wrong rail. Appliance Care and Repair had the right part within days and our freezer issue was resolved. When I called the parts store to inquire about returning the part Jason told us to order, I was told it was going cost a 25% restocking fee, which was about $14. I contacted Jason, explained the entire situation, and asked if he was interesting in reimbursing us for the restocking fee (seeing that he charged us a $99 diagnostic fee to basically break our freezer more than it already was and then give us the wrong part number). True to form, he accused me of harassing him and didn't oblige. It's no surprise that other reviews here share my sentiment. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your appliance needs. *update* When I arrived at the parts store to return the part, they informed me that whoever I spoke to on the phone was incorrect and there was actually no restocking fee; so all was well there.
