Airpex replaced an HVAC unit on my rental property after battling Fidelity Home Warranty. I ended up getting a brand new American Standard Unit. More recently, Airpex sent out Chase to fix a plumbing leak on my primary residence and I was impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. They got the repair covered by my other warranty company - Homeguard. What's nice is that the ladies in the front office really seem to care. They know the pain of a housing issue and genuinely seem happy when your claim gets accepted by the home warranty company. He admitted to me that he had to remove the entire casing so how is it not possible that a chip could happen something could have hit my stove top a tool could have banged against it. Once I informed him that neither the handle or the chip was there before he came he stopped responding unfortunately I'm a single working parent and needed to be at work and was not able to supervise him so he's taking full advantage of this stating that he's not going to fix these. Two companies couldn't accommodate an install for 2 weeks. We had used Brewer's in the past and Jared arrived in a couple hours for their quote. Unbeknownst to us, Jared told us we have an air scrubber. Jared is extremely personable and happily resolved every concern. Only four days later, we are loving our new system (Trane 18 Seer) and how it removes humidity(79 feels like 75) and once Brewer's replaced the bulb for the air scrubber, the air is so much cleaner in our home. The owner, Mr.Bob was in this field a few decades. 2. It's a small company runs by family like employees who are with company many years . 3. The company is not a giant company which means less overhead. 4. That process went smoother than I ever expected. Every service call since - whether it was routine maintenance or a repair, has been just as impressive. Today was no exception. One of our capacitors decided it had fulfilled its life's purpose and promptly retired, leaving the unit blowing hot air while our house raced toward a very cozy 90 degrees. In Arizona, that's less "home" and more "air fryer." I called Comfort Experts at 1:05 PM. By 1:20 PM, a technician was already on the way. By 2:30 PM, the AC was fixed and cold air was flowing again. C'mon, thats just unheard of! I've had pizza deliveries take longer! I genuinely can't say enough good things about this company. Simon was very knowledgeable and courteous and before getting to work informed me he was not leaving until my mother had heat!!!
