My refrigerator suddenly stopped working, and I was worried I'd need an expensive appliance repair service call. I called Wright Appliance, and instead of immediately trying to schedule a visit, they took the time to walk me through some troubleshooting steps over the phone. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to identify the issue and get my appliance working again without needing an in-home repair. That level of honesty and customer service is rare in the appliance repair industry. They clearly care more about helping customers than just making a quick service call. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy appliance repair company, I highly recommend Wright Appliance. They've definitely earned my trust and will be the first company I call for any future refrigerator repair, washer repair, dryer repair, or appliance service needs. Outstanding customer service and integrity. Five stars.

Jason came out to look at our freezer drawer that was not closing properly but would still shut and…read morecreate a seal. He diagnosed it down to one of the rails holding the drawer in place. He said the part would take 10 days to arrive and was on his way out when I noticed the drawer was not closing at all and was much worse than before he "diagnosed" it. Had I not noticed, the food in our freezer would have likely gone bad over the next 24 hours. Before Jason left, I brought the issue to his attention and he immediately got defensive, sarcastic, combative, and condescending. I was clear that I wasn't asking for a miracle, I just wanted the door to be in the same condition as before he took it apart (not worse). He wasn't having it and eventually left. In the interest of getting the part faster (the rail that Jason said needed to be replaced) - we asked Jason for the part number and told him we were going to order it ourselves, which we did. When the part came in, we opted to go with a different service team, Appliance Care and Repair, who were fantastic. The problem now was, however, the part that Jason told us to order was the wrong part altogether. It was the wrong rail. Appliance Care and Repair had the right part within days and our freezer issue was resolved. When I called the parts store to inquire about returning the part Jason told us to order, I was told it was going cost a 25% restocking fee, which was about $14. I contacted Jason, explained the entire situation, and asked if he was interesting in reimbursing us for the restocking fee (seeing that he charged us a $99 diagnostic fee to basically break our freezer more than it already was and then give us the wrong part number). True to form, he accused me of harassing him and didn't oblige. It's no surprise that other reviews here share my sentiment. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your appliance needs. *update* When I arrived at the parts store to return the part, they informed me that whoever I spoke to on the phone was incorrect and there was actually no restocking fee; so all was well there. It's nice to see Jason's professionalism in the matter below as he suggests I need money ($14) and recommends me for counseling.

So to start off this review I LOVE MY VACUUM! Yes I just said that, I love my Oreck vacuum. I…read morebought my first one back in 2008 when I bought my first house. Oreck is middle range in pricing for their vacuums depending on what you are looking for. They are WAY better than what you can buy at any Walmart or Target, but not as expensive as some of the Dyson, Rainbow or Kurby vacuums. I wanted something that was great with carpet and tile for my house had a lot of both. For me it was a pain to use 2 different vacuums or put a different piece on to go from carpet to tile to wood to carpet again. The best thing about my Oreck is it did just that with no hassle. I am able to vacuum my carpets (great suction power) and go straight to my tile by a push of a button. A lot of vacuums don't vacuum tile well for the suction isn't strong enough to get what you want off the floor, well the Oreck is! I never have to re-sweep or go over anything on my carpet or tile when I vacuum. The down side of the Oreck which could be a plus too is the fact that the wand and attachments for smaller jobs are on a completely different vacuum. So we got a standing regular vac, and a hand held smaller vac. It comes in handy when you want to just clean baseboard or curtains or stairs, but when you want to do it all at once you have to use two different vacuums. With that being said, I try to take my vacuum in for routine check-ups once a year. It was part of my warranty package when I first bought the vacuum. It was a great investment for I wanted something that would clean my house, so why wouldn't I maintain it. Its just like having a car, you have to get the oil changes every 3,000 miles. You want your nice, awesome vacuum to keep it up. So anyway each time I bring it in I always get free tune ups and they check the bar, brushes and rollers to make sure things are top notch. I have had the vacuum for 5 years now and just now had the roller replaced! This vacuum has a lot of miles on it and it hasn't given me much trouble at all. You probably thinking ya but the roller probably set you back a pretty penny, actually it was pretty cheap and hassle free. I went in they looked at it, gave me the info about just needing a brush, installed a new brush and did the tune up and I received a call within 2 days to pick it back up! No fuss at all! Each time I come in here, I can't help but look at the new models and try their new products out! I have yet to be disappointed! I love their vacuums and their cleaning products! They all work wonders. The staff here is very knowledgeable and very friendly each time I come in too! I definitely will be an Oreck owner for the rest of my life! Keep it up Oreck you guys can help me clean my house any day! *I realize this is a long review about a vacuum, but I know all you women and mommies out there appreciate a great product that works, especially to get the household chores done!* Also having a product that is easy to maintain, is light weight and can be fixed at little or no cost is fantastic! Definitely recommend spending the money, you wont be disappointed!

I waited 20 minutes to speak to an actual human and then the messaging got dropped and I had to start over w a new person spending 50 minutes just to be quoted $470 before they even came out to see any damages in person! So I sent a job bid on YELP and out of 4 replies Phoenix Appliance Repair was not only the first one to reply and carried on quick replies in our conversation that followed, but also had a fair up front diagnostic fee of $75 and then booked for me same day! I was already 5 loads behind in my laundry after the weekend so this was super helpful. He fixed screw and hopes that would be it but after I tried my first load I reached back out stating it still was popping off. He said I needed a new agitator. Instead of $470 like LG quoted he charged $208 including tax and did not charge another fee for the second visit either. Machine is working great now! This business owner is fair, works hard, has great communication and integrity! I highly recommend.

After many phone calls to other companies I chose Phoenix Appliance Repair and scheduled an appointment. Dru arrived promptly to our appointment and was professional yet friendly. After some thought, I decided to replace my dishwasher rather than repair it. He agreed, didn't try to sell me on an expensive repair and helped me prepare the necessary paperwork to process my claim. He is a man of integrity. Impressive! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Phoenix Appliance Repair !
