This happened on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. My husband called several places, and we found out that we needed to have the concrete cut and removed before they could perform the work. There are only a couple of companies in Central Oregon who have the ability to cut concrete, and it took them five days to come out. Then we were told it would be at least two more days for anyone to be able to come dig the hole out so a plumber could get down there to fix it. Scott heard we had been out of water for days, and he and his son came out the following day, in 20 degree weather. They dug out the hole and fixed the valve, upgrading the original shoddy materials with durable materials so this never happens again, and all of that in less than five hours. We are beyond thrilled with the work Scott and Kyle did and will use them again if we ever need plumbing work done. 5 stars. Highly recommend.
