Very good food. Friendly servers. Humongous servings. Plenty of bang for the buck. I wonder why other fast food places can't be as generous with their servings as this place. Better to exhaust the inventory till their gone than to recycle unsold food. Customers are smart. They know if these other places are fooling them by selling them leftovers. The place looks clean and the people friendly but unfortunately the food made me sick to my stomach that same evening!!! I had Mongolian beef!! This is one of my favorite fast food places. Yes, it may be your "run of the mill" places, but I still love it. Almost every week I eat here and it is usually very good. There was only one time I got some weird green beans that were not good, like they changed vendors or something. Otherwise, I love their Black Pepper Beef and Kung Pao Chicken! read more

Wok Experience was definitely an experience!! I've worked at Pick Up Stix before for 4 years so I usually know every ingredient in every entree, and WOW did they execute them all perfectly! I know how some Chinese fast food is over priced with no food to show for it (Panda/PickUpStix) but not this place! I couldn't even make a dent in my plate, which is wonderful now since I don't need to cook dinner for my boyfriend just reheat my leftovers which I'm sure he will get full from too! Won't need to be wasting my money anywhere else for a Chinese craving! Plus you get you're food within 2 minutes from when you walk into their door. I'm coming back soon with my friends!! read more

Noodles were too hard. Fried rice was not traditional chinese style. Bbq was soo hard could not chew. Orange chinken too sweet and not well cooked. Broccoli beef had a wierd taste to the broccoli but the beef was okay. Clean place. Bad food. I ate like 2% of the plate cause it was that bad. Had to spit out uncooked food and bones. This place is great for what it is, fast Chinese food. If you come around lunch and dinner time, EVERYTHING is fresh. Like any other Chinese fast food, if it's slow the food isn't going to be remade as often. The customer service is phenomenal so getting fresh food is as easy as asking for it. All of the employees seem to really enjoy their job and are overly friendly. I live right by The Wok Experience and have gone there more than a few times, with many different people and not one person has had anything negative to say. read more

My co worker and I come here to eat on our lunch atleast a couple of times a month. The food is always really fresh.

The staff is rude and the food is super salty. The staff ignored us for over 5 mins while we waited at the counter for them to take our order. The food is not good. No great tastes other than salt and grease. Drive 2 mins down the street to Nice resturant or one of the others over the 5 freeway. You have been warned! read more

This place has fresh food and a tofu option which was nice. Also they let me sub veggies instead of rice or noodles. The veggies had a lot of sauce on them so ask them the drain them before they put it in your box. Another downside is they have no power outlets for those of use who like to get work done while we eat:/ read more

The restaurant itself is very nice, especially for Chinese take-out. It's modern, clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is another story. I tried a total of four items (orange chicken, broccoli beef, black pepper beef, and BBQ pork), as well as a side of chow mien. The orange chicken was soggy and the sauce was lacking anything beyond a "sweet and sour" flavor. The broccoli beef was decent - the broccoli was fresh, but the beef was very sinewy and tough. The black pepper beef had good flavor, but was a bit too salty for my preference. The BBQ pork was a bit dry and tasted as if it had sat out for a while. And the chow mien was mushy. I left wishing I had gone to Panda Express down the street. read more

My husband and I stopped here to have lunch one day because it looked very bright and clean, especially since we have seen a few, not so clean places, close by. We both had the tofu eggplant along with the rice and noodles. We both loved the tofu dish and although I didn't see any eggplant in it I didn't care. The pineapple and onion and peppers with the tofu was delicious. The price was reasonable and the amount of food was generous. I went back two days later for takeout and had the tofu again and pepper steak. The beef was chewy but had good flavor. I will be dropping by often for takeout and plan to try some of the other items but mainly for the tofu dish. read more

The minute me and my family walked in here we saw one of the front cashier (a woman) arguing and complaining to the cooks. When we went to order she was rude, did not say hello, just what do u want, rushed me when I was telling her my order. When she took my sisters order, she was filling the rice while my sister was picking her two sides and because she didn't choose quickly she got mad, walked away and told another worker to take her order! He was very nice, but... could not order a soda because there was NO ICE! so my mom orders a hot tea...but there's NO TEA! ended up having to buy a water because I was not going to buy their over priced vendor drinks. While we were eating the music station was fading in and out, clearly needed to be changed asap but nope.. they left the volume high with static. If you like bland over priced food with crappy service this is the place to be :). read more

Their orange chicken is soggy and chow mein is super oily to the point that it makes me lose appetite. I love orange chicken in general, so I rarely dislike it when I order it from wherever I get it, but the one I got here was really not good. I'm just wondering if it was only on the day when I went there, or it is always like that. There are still people giving not bad reviews for this place and from what I had, there is no way anyone would give them more than 2 stars. I feel like giving this place 2 stars may even be a little bit of a stretch. My post "wok experience" will definitely be something to remember. I went in here on my way home from work seeking to grab something quick for my sick pregnant wife at home. I didn't take long to realize i wasnt at panda express and i could tell by looking at the food it was not the freshest nor greatest quality. The lady was helpful and gave me a lot of food, which is the only reason why i gave this a 2 star rating. I ate the plate and i felt fine, like any other Chinese food. At about 2 A.M. i woke up with cold shivers and felt like if i was to move i would throw up or you can assume what else. I quickly realized i had food poisoning. I felt a lot better after throwing up but now, the next morning, i still have a splitting headache and still feel nauseous. So if food poisoning is something that you enjoy as part of your wok experience, be my guest, but as for me as im sick in bed home from work, i don't think ill be going back any time soon. read more

Sometimes I just get a craving for some greasy Chinese food, and when I do this is the place I come to. The price is good and the proportion is huge. The food itself is about what you would get from anywhere else (which is a good thing) the only stand out to me is the Black Pepper Beef which is really good. read more

If you are looking for a place to get Chinese Fast Food, here is the place to go. It's an excellent alternative to the Panda Express, and the prices are about the same. I was in a rush one day to get food quickly and I was starving, so yeah, I walk in, pick out 2 items, and then get my drink and leave. It's decent, especially if you're on the go. If you want a more sit-down restaurant, this is not the place for you. I just gave it a try, not knowing what to expect, and I liked it. This should be under the category of Fast Food though as well as Chinese, just so it can beat the heck outta the Panda! :) read more

This place is like Panda Express, except with 3 main differences. 1. They give you generous portions. 2. They are slightly lower price. 3. Their food is different than PE, so depending on what dish or entree you pick, it will be tasty and flavorful to being slightly bland. For those that are hooked on Panda Express's famous Orange Chicken, I recommend you get the Sesame Chicken from here, its very close in taste, except the PE O.chicken has more tangy flavor. The only complaint I have with this place food wise other than choosing an entree that might be bland is their fried rice from the steam table is a bit plain and flavorless than compared to Panda, but that is solved with hot sauce or soy sauce. I believe the dishes and entrees here might be less flavorful slightly, but they are less greasy compared to the oily and salty messes that Panda serves as food. Service is excellent, staff are friendly. One of my favorite fast "chinese" food, portion size is one of their best attributes, and the food is good if you pick the right entrees. read more

I don't have too many options for Chinese where I live so I go here. It's pretty decent most of the time but make sure you get there well before they close or they will give you the old food that had been sitting. I definitely prefer this place over Panda Express, Hong Kong express and any of those other sub par Chinese fast food. read more
