Staff and technicians are efficient and friendly and courteous. Last Friday I went here for sinus cavity CT. From the registration desk to returning to my car, it was less than 20 minutes. Sure it depends on what you are having done, but everyone is well-organized and efficient.

It was urgent matter as well. While inside ( a nice lady who has been there the longest) was able to start working on the other things needed. Authorization. Unfortunately she Had to cancel my scheduled appointment because the auth dept never told my Dr they needed to get Auth!! So of course I waited another week because of lack of competence. Ended up in Buffalo General hospital (sent by my doctor on emergency basis because I had extreme difficulty in breathing). Immediate xray revealed L7 cracked rib. Was admitted to hospital to get pain and breathing under control. I now have hospital bill exceeding $1,000 and went one week not being treated. Will be contacting lawyer.

I purchased the heartbeat package which came with a five minute sonogram and a heart recorder that we got his heartbeat on. It was so sweet to hear and now we can listen any time at home! Jenn was so sweet and accommodating because I was a few minutes late due to traffic. We just switched times with another couple which worked out well. The room was so nice with a full bed which was so comfortable! Jenn tried to show us our baby in 3D but he was just so cozy and was hiding his face, but it was cool to try to see him! We received photos in our email and a video of the whole sonogram which is amazing that we get to go back and watch it. I highly recommend coming here if you need a little peace of mind!

Jennifer, the owner and ultrasound operator, was super pleasant to be around. She was genuinely happy and excited for us. You can tell that she loves what she does. She's also good at what she does and obtained wonderful pictures of our daughter, even though she was in a full pike position. The office was simple but professional and cozy. Overall, we would definitely recommend Perfect Preview and Jennifer for their ultrasound services.

The wait time isn't that long and I was able to see the technician in 20 mins for my ultrasound. Farah, my technician was very nice and friendly. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and even let me take a video of the ultrasound for my husband since they only allow one person at a time because of Covid.
