Michele, you didn't just bring my floral dreams to life--you completely exceeded every expectation and created something even more beautiful than I could have imagined!!! From our very first call, I knew you were perfect for my wedding. We just clicked, and it was such a joy getting to know you throughout this process. You understood my vision completely and made me feel so supported every step of the way. Flowers were such a huge deal for me, especially after having a tough experience with another florist who didn't quite get what I was looking for. But with you, it was the total opposite--you just got me, and it was clear you poured your heart into every single detail. You were so patient and always there for my (many!) questions, and your kindness and passion made the whole experience so much fun. When I saw the final designs on my wedding day, I was absolutely blown away. Every arrangement was a masterpiece--so creative, unique, and jaw-droppingly gorgeous. Over a month later, my guests are STILL talking about how stunning the florals were!!! Michele, it was such a pleasure to work with you and get to know you. You're not just an incredible florist; you're an incredible person. Thank you for everything you did to make my wedding so magical--I'll never forget it!!!

I was unhinged and didn't think the arrangements were full enough... I was WRONG! The arrangements, though more simplified than I expected were GORGEOUS. I LOVED my cake decor. The entire process was super smooth - from drafting up and negotiating a contract to coming up a for a vision for the wedding many months out and then finally looking at the flowers closer to the wedding date. We had multiple visits to the flower district to see and pick the flowers - different from other florists I met with who usually don't bring you directly to the flowers! Could tell right away after the 1st visit to the flower district that not only is she a delightful vendor to work with but she is herself such a great customer - she has great relationships with the flower shops. The final products blew my mind away. The personal flowers (bouquets) were absolutely gorgeous and bountiful (she doesn't skimp on the flowers!) My centerpieces were cherry blossom branches (wedding was in May) and she did such a gorgeous job that some guests actually asked me if they could take a branch or two home. She listens to your vision and makes it come to life. Just trust her. Sometimes it's hard to envision how the final product will come out but I promise you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend!

Roses vs. dahlias? Oh boy... However, Christina knew exactly how to listen to my muddled vision and translate it into the most beautiful, elegant wedding I have ever seen. From the perfectly simple huppah, to the tasteful bouquets, to the gorgeous candlelit centerpieces, it was all absolutely stunning. Not only that, but when I emailed her a mere two weeks before the wedding to ask if we could add a photo display with pictures of family weddings to the entry table, she immediately helped me to realize that dream as well. But while the flowers, menus, programs, seating chalk board, escort cards, and candles were all so perfectly lovely, what really stands out about Christina is how responsive and supportive she was through the whole process. She responded to all emails nearly immediately, a HUGE plus when you are trying to coordinate many different vendors. And the day of the wedding, she actually made a personal trip to my parents' apartment on the Upper West Side to drop off my bouquet and my husband's boutineer so we could have them for our first look photos. Not only that, but she had a second set of flowers waiting for both of us when we arrived at The Lighthouse since ours got a little wilted in the 97 degree heat! Christina and her team were absolutely fabulous. If you are looking for elegant and tasteful decor for your wedding and want the comfort of knowing you are working with someone who will personally ensure your day is flawless, you must work with Christina. Unfortunately the reality didn't line up at all with what reviewers were saying. After we put down the deposit, Rebecca was virtually impossible to get ahold of, each time giving a different excuse (she disappeared for 2 weeks saying she caught a fever then another week saying her phone was in the shop). I had to ask repeatedly for her to deliver the most basic things (confirmation of the latest plan, a run of show timeline, contact my vendors, literally anything) and she never did, often getting upset with me for even asking. Most of my vendors said they didn't hear a word from her til they met her the day of the wedding. So what should have been a seamless process was all over the place. The day of was worse. They didn't play our song as we walked down the aisle, left the ceremony venue a mess (so much so that my wife and I had to return to clean the venue ourselves the next day), messed up our seating chart despite several emails with super clear instructions and dropped the ball on almost everything we asked them to do. Whether it was reworking floral arrangements to create an extra boutonniere just before family photos, or enlisting the venue coordinator to repair our cake topper in the middle of the reception when we thought it was beyond saving, we were consistently impressed with Luis's dedication, resourcefulness, and professionalism.
