Today I placed two full green waste containers on the street right next to each other, only one was emptied. I called in and reported the situation, the rep said we have a truck in your area, we will swing by and pick it up. No one came by, I rolled the full can back to my side yard, just to fill out next week I guess. Point here is the office will tell you how great their service is and tell you what you want to hear, but there is no action behind the words.
