Walked in, had all my X-ray's, etc done and was told I needed a root canal & would I like to do it now as it will take about 1 hr. Amazing!!! Anyone who's needed a root canal knows it's better to take care of it now than later. The office took care of all the necessary insurance stuff and I was out in about an hour. It was a painless experience! (Normally not so). Dr. Soriano has a great light touch and amazing bedside manners. So glad I went there!!

He insisted on going without surgery but I was just too tired of not being able to breath. No problem! He has been amazing. He explains each step to you, doesn't rush you, makes sure he has all the information needed and tells what you might feel for the entire process. My surgery went super smooth and I was up and feeling no pain(no bruise neither) the next day. Also I've never felt the need to call the doctor after the surgery as he told me what will happen step by step. Thanks for making my surgery so much predictable and without any trouble. Dr. Galle said I did not have Carpel Tunnel problem and the surgery done for the issues I had were painful and usually not successful. Not what I hoped for. He suggested having aa brace made that I could wear at night on both hands. I made an appt and came back the next week for a therapist ( not sure of her job title) to make the brace. I worn them every night for the first 4 months. I felt no pain during the day and I do woodworking and work in my yard a lot. I now go for weeks without wearing them and have no pain. It would probably be smart for me to wear the braces once or twice a week. They do not interfere with me sleeping and I am not a good sleeper. I wrote to Dr. Galle to tell him that this feels like a miracle. I had tried many ready made wrist braces and they helped a little but I always had pain. I will go back to Dr. Galle to see if the braces need to changed at all. They were molded to my hands and wrists and have soft moleskin inside where my protruding bones hit the plastic brace. Dr. Galle was empathetic and honest. I am so appreciive that he did not try to convince me to have a surgery that had a low chance of success .

The topical treatment that Dr. Vincent had applied to the foot, caused deep and painful blisters for 2 months so my loved one had to tiptoe for 2 months because it was too painful to step on the foot. Now my loved one is seeing another doctor for the problem, which Dr. Vincent failed to treat. I question this doctor's professional ethics and judgement - he saw that the treatment had been futile or even harmful to a patient but kept doing it over and over and charging for it. Would not recommend his services to anyone. He does not have patients' best interests at heart

After extensive interview about symptoms and possible cause, Dr Vincent had me up on the exam table and pronounced I had a 'clogged sweat gland'. WTF. A what? There are sweat glands down there?? In no time Dr. Vincent was scraping and digging and removing the offending whatever, and placed a 'donut' bandage on it, and gave me a bunch to keep using. So far, the pain is gone and doesnt seem to be recurring. So, as others have noted, they may have 'encouraged' me to get orthodic inserts, as they noted my insurance would cover most of it. I did feel a little pressured, as it did not seem to be associated with the condition. However, I did get a pair of orthodics, and I like the arch support. Staff was great, friendly and efficient. Billing seemed accurate. Waiting area here is small and rather cramped, and hard to social distance if more than a couple folks are waiting. I'd recommend, if you plan to go there, be prepared to be 'offered' orthopedics.

I am very glad to see he has retired and in no position to hurt others. He never would consider any culpability on his part, instead trying to assign problems to a " coincidental, spontaneous " bleeding ulcer. After an exam under anesthesia by another specialist, that proved to be a dead end. All of this was occurring while I was was in ICU, recovering from loss of 9 pints of blood. (I am a small female.) I have spent much time trying to forgive him. It hasn't been completely successful. Although I have had a delightful life, the handicap that resulted is still with me every day.

He got the congestion cleared up pretty easily and it didn't seem to come back (guessing some sort of environmental exposure since it has never happened again) and my initial impression was that this guy was pretty friendly and knowledgeable. I was really hoping he could help with the ear/sinus issue that I have been dealing with for about the last 30 years or so. Long story short, two office visits and an $800 charge for a nasal scope exam, I get a very gruff and short response of, "Lets do surgery on your sinuses and hope that it clears up the problems with your ears. Just watch this video about it and we'll get you scheduled." Um, excuse me, but that is the best you can do? Maybe explain what you want to do and how you think it will help? What about my sinuses is actually causing the problem with my ears? What is your plan to fix my ears if this doesn't resolve the issue? Needless to say, I did not stick around to schedule the surgery. I ended up going to another ENT doc who did a few more detailed exams and MRI's and finally got a more detailed explanation of my issue. Dr. Gumprecht was not incorrect that I needed surgery to correct the problem with my sinuses, but my ears were definatly going to need a seperate surgery to fix them. His bedside manner and lack of providing a detailed explanation of what my problem was and how to fix it was soo off putting that I will never go back to see him. If you want to charge me a lot of money and then start cutting and sewing on my nose and ears, you better dang well explain it in minute detail!

How are you supposed to make an informed decision on whether you even want surgery? The office is constantly running late and overbooked. Your appointment will never start anywhere near on time. Doctors run back and forth between patients during your appointment, leaving you sitting around alone in an exam room for no reason.
