This year I signed up to have dental insurance with my health insurance and I scheduled an appointment, when I went in they kindly let me know that they did not carry this dental insurance. They were nice about it and my experience with the dentist on previous appointments was good. However, today, I decided I would like to go back to this dental office and just pay out-of-pocket, so I gave them a call. Halfway through my first sentence, the receptionist rudely cut me off. The conversation went like this; "Hi, I was a patient of yours and I know that you do not carry my insurance but I" She rudely interrupts with "what insurance do you have?" I replied, Ambetter, to which she literally scoffed, repeating "ambetter?! We don't carry Ambetter, that's like Medicaid" with a complete disrespectful and elitist attitude. I said I know you do not, I literally just said that and was trying" she cuts me off again with more attitude and scoffing, by this time I am done and no longer want to even go here. I told her never mind and hung up the phone. I am sure they have caller ID. They should've returned the call and apologized. I'm trying to pay you cash. I'm not looking for handouts. I only have this insurance because my employer does not carry insurance, I don't know why rude people continue to work in customer service, but I'll be taking my services elsewhere.

He completed a few crowns and fillings for me but the crowns completely messed up my bite. When I went in to get them corrected, he was argumentative and condescending. I have since found a wonderful new dentist (Dr. Tyler of Winn Smiles) who has requested my records from Dr. Suekert's office over 8 times to no avail. I will be reporting Dr. Suekert to the dental board.
