About halfway through these procedures he informed me that I was the first person that he'd ever done dental implants on and I wish you would have told me that when I consulted with him about having them done. I called to make sure UHC was in network and scheduled/requested JUST a cleaning to be able to get my teeth cleaned before my insurance benefits turned over for the year. Upon arriving, they asked for the usual insurance card, license, etc. Mind you - I only requested a CLEANING. I agreed to nothing else. After waiting a very long time, they take me back for annual x-rays, then tell me since this was scheduled as an emergency appointment, *hopefully* there will be a hygienist who can take me. Huh? None of this was discussed with me beforehand. I was told I had a cleaning appointment. I waited a very long time, but was finally seen by the hygienist. She was pleasant and cleaned my teeth. She recommended a $30+ mouthwash that I agreed to buy. At checkout, my total was $66+, which I thought was odd because I had very comprehensive dental care, and my cleanings everywhere else is free. I figured I was being charged the $29 new patient fee special, blah, blah - wasn't worth the hassle. So I paid. But now, I keep receiving and electronic e-mail for another $85 bill AFTER my insurance went through. They charged me for services I never requested nor agreed to. Don't bother calling, you will sit on-hold forever and no one will get back to you. There's no real e-mail address to contact them at and they don't respond to Better Business Bureau complaints. Worst dentist office I've ever dealt with

He then proceeded to overcorrect the crown height, leaving my bite wonky, yet again. I went to the new dentist Dr Kim (He bought Robert Clarks practice this year) who saw that it was infected and told me that he would confer with the endodontist (whom he had referred me back to and had told me it was a gum issue which is now clearly not a gum issue) and would call me about how to move forward. That was about 3 weeks ago and my tooth is still infected. I called their office two weeks ago and they said he would call me...still haven't heard back. Clearly they don't want to deal with a bridge that went bad after a year. I don't know whose fault it is or even if it is anyone's fault, but I have a bad tooth that Dr Kim has just abandoned me about dealing with it. So I guess their great if you don't have a problem.. I am having to find a new dentist to deal with an ongoing infected tooth that Dr Kim Just doesn't seem to want to address...or perhaps he and endodontist whom Dr Kim had already sent me back to who said it was a gum issue can't agree on whose fault it is. This Dentistry has had many bad reviews but they had someone removed them, TRUST ME Mark is not a 4…read morestar dentist, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! Mark McComie likes to commit insurance fraud, he charge me for fillings on my #8 & #9 tooth when all he did was actually polish my teeth when I first came to him. Then he filed claims with my insurance company saying he filled my #8 tooth when all he did was throw desensitizer on my tooth because he overfiled my #8 tooth when he was in the process of filling my #7 tooth. And when he filed it down too much he made it sensitive (I didn't know was as sensitive until the numbing wore off) I verified this with his assistant while I was there that day because I felt it. So I took pictures of it when I got to my car and also when I got home so that I can have evidence to prove to Mark that he actually did file over on my #8 tooth But when I came to him with this information after a couple of weeks he tried to claim he didn't do it and that he runs and "HONEST COMPANY" and then he said he would fix it, well he quickly threw some desensitizer on it very sloppy, it took him less than a minute but in the process of polishing my tooth he chipped my #8 but I didn't know he did it until about a week later. When I felt it I thought it was just excess agent left on the tooth, but what makes him so horrible is he knew he did it and didn't tell me. You have to be a real horrible dentist to know you damaged someone teeth and not say anything, unless you purposely damaged that person's tooth. I don't know if he's a racist or he don't care how he treats people. Your not a good Dentist if you have to deleted all negative reviews on Google to make yourself look good. We all need to report this scam artist to get him shut down.
