I then scheduled another appointment (June 20th) to go back and get it looked at, and went back again (June 27th) to get it shaved down by Dr Conner, which she said the previous times the shave was not correct, I left after she did it and still to this day 9/4/25 i cannot eat on my right side, i thought maybe just bruising or needs to heal, but i can't even drink or eat anything cold soft or hard on my right side :( and there charging me $240 and want me to pay. I've been back and forth with my insurance, my insurance told me to submit a corrective claim and ask Northpoint for that info and they said they can't and refuse to help so please if you want a fill don't come here.

Mark McComie likes to commit insurance fraud, he charge me for fillings on my #8 & #9 tooth when all he did was actually polish my teeth when I first came to him. Then he filed claims with my insurance company saying he filled my #8 tooth when all he did was throw desensitizer on my tooth because he overfiled my #8 tooth when he was in the process of filling my #7 tooth. And when he filed it down too much he made it sensitive (I didn't know was as sensitive until the numbing wore off) I verified this with his assistant while I was there that day because I felt it. So I took pictures of it when I got to my car and also when I got home so that I can have evidence to prove to Mark that he actually did file over on my #8 tooth But when I came to him with this information after a couple of weeks he tried to claim he didn't do it and that he runs and "HONEST COMPANY" and then he said he would fix it, well he quickly threw some desensitizer on it very sloppy, it took him less than a minute but in the process of polishing my tooth he chipped my #8 but I didn't know he did it until about a week later. When I felt it I thought it was just excess agent left on the tooth, but what makes him so horrible is he knew he did it and didn't tell me. You have to be a real horrible dentist to know you damaged someone teeth and not say anything, unless you purposely damaged that person's tooth. I don't know if he's a racist or he don't care how he treats people. Your not a good Dentist if you have to deleted all negative reviews on Google to make yourself look good. We all need to report this scam artist to get him shut down.

Last year I was blindsided after getting my teeth cleaned with a $2000 . It was explained that I needed cleaning, but that was not explained before I had the treatment. Well, I had the money so I paid it. I had another cleaning or two after that and all was fine until yesterday. When I checked in, she said it would be $350 because it couldn't pull up my Blue Cross on their computer, but, "we may reimburse you some of that in the future. She acted almost like I wasn't in their computer system and wanted to see my Blue Cross card again?! And then said she couldn't up in her system to verify the service. Not only that, but my appointment was at 10 AM and they called and said can you come 8 AM? Being a nice guy I said OK treated like this. I'll never go back. Perhaps this is really first as a business to make money in secondarily to provide excellent dental service, but this is no way to treat a been with them for . I would not do business with them or recommend it.

During my visits management changed, front staff was less than professional. Procedures were being done while there was a gaping hole in the roof. Needless to say, not sanitary. This let me to getting an infection. Then I get a notice from the "finance company" I was sticker shocked. I called Billing who informed me my insurance was inactive. I informed them it was not. She Proceeded to tell me My employer probably didn't renew my insurance. or their software showed it wrong. I called my Insurance company, and I was Active and the office didn't file the claim. I called back and spoke to the new office Manager and stated how unhappy I was. She said she would cancel all future appointments. I just got an email about an upcoming appt. I had to call to cancel it. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I went ahead and had a cleaning and new x-ray as it had been more than 6 months. They are a little behind the times on technology, still using the scrapers instead of the more pleasant (or less unpleasant) water jets. But the dental hygienist was very skilled with it. Then she took the X-rays. Soon, Dr. Sims came in to discuss the Xrays. Rather than just telling me "you need this, you need that", he brought them up on the TV screen and went over every detail with me. I hadn't mentioned Aspen to him. When he got to that tooth, he showed me the cavity, and explained that there was no abscess. If it get it filled before it gets much deeper, I won't need a root canal. That saved me at least $1,500. He also found a large chip on the other side of my mouth, and recommended a filling. I got them both filled the next day. Dr. Sims put in the fillings and did an excellent job. It's never fun, of course, but he handled it as well as he could. They had me as numbed up as possible without putting me to sleep. One of them I didn't feel at all when he was drilling. The other side he told me was at a "nerve cluster" and to let him know if it hurts. I felt it some, but was able to get through it. The filling operation was a success! I'm happy and will definitely return! I wish I could give it 4.5 starts. Due to the old fashioned scrapers, I can't justify a perfect score, but that is my only complaint.
