Please be aware that WM is the ONLY game in town because the City of Corona has contracted by them. They are now taking pictures of your recycling and sending you fines. DO NOT put ANY plastic bags in the Recycling. I called them and told them that if I am going to have to do their job for them, I should get pay and benefits. This is is the worst and their is nothing we can do about it. So, the second time you leave a bag in your recycling you will be fined. This is my public service announcement. read more

The Waste Management Corona recycle employee is incompetent. The lack of logic is mind blowing. We just got another notification about our recycling being done incorrectly with a photo of our neighbors trash. We are receiving notices about cars being too close to the bins in regard to cars parked on the public street. Shouldn't notifications be left on the car parking too close to the bins? We literally have to leave the bins in the huddle of the drive way because we have zero control over where people park. Are we supposed to buy a tow truck and tow them? Makes zero sense. read more

I am extremely frustrated with WM (Waste Management) in Corona. They told me four different times they would come, but they never showed up. I requested a mattress pickup, and again they did not come as scheduled. On one occasion, I went out at around 5:30 PM, and they claimed I did not leave the item out. However, they said the pickup window was between 6 AM and 6 PM, but they arrived 30 minutes early and left without picking it up. From Monday through Thursday, I was given false information every day. This is completely unacceptable. Why does the city contract with a company like this? I would like to cancel this service or switch to a different provider. Please let me know how I can proceed. read more

"Waste Management" has double billed multiple tenants. The previous tenant and the current tenant. They have both paid for the invoices for a few months. Their system does not catch multiple billing. I was on the phone with them for an hour. I am not sure if the problem has been resolved yet. I am hoping the city of Corona selects a different disposal company when the contract with "WM" ends. I called their Texas office telephone # and spoke to 4 customer service, 2 supervisors and still no result. This is the worst company ever and business should be given to a different company. The City of Menifee contracted with WM and for the last year the service has been unacceptable. I live in a 55 and over community and there is no reason to have trash service every week. Secondly this is the 3rd time the green trash has been missed on my street alone. I tried to chase after your truck, but he was long gone. And why can't you answer the phone? Three weeks now without picking up Christmas trees I called and they said they could do it on our next pick up day which is six days from now. Driver of truck 633614 today on Hillside Avenue was completely rude and disrespectful. He picked up a dumpster from my home and delivered it to a different address on a different street and when asked to bring it back, he refused. He then became aggressive and was yelling at me. When I asked him to provide his name, he said he did not have one so I took the number off his truck! He needs to be fired!! read more

This place is a joke my trash pick up day is Friday's last Friday 3/24 my trash cans were down the hill to be picked up and this car was parked too close to the bins so the trash truck driver decided to hop out and leave a orange ticket on the car but didn't move the trash cans away from the car to get them serviced the note clearly says in black and orange the box checked off says we serviced today but will not do so in the future. Containers must be 15 feet from parked vehicles I called 4 times after Friday 3/24 and no resolution to my trash being picked up I also spoke with a supervisor 2 times named Jephaney she was no help at all the customer service is disrespectful all they want to do is argue with you back and forth and blame the situation on you also lie and say someone would come out to pick it up just to shut me up and get me off the line I was fed up so I called corporate in Texas and spoke with a nice lady very helpful and very understanding of my situation unlike the customer service reps I got in California smh I pray that my situation is taken care of tomorrow when my trash is due to be picked up read more

We were notified by WM via mail that they would be replacing our bins per state requirements. This required that we leave our bins out after our weekly trash pickup which is Monday's. Today is Wednesday and we've yet to see anything as bins are still out up and down our street. Decided to call WM to see what the status on this was. OMG, what a joke. Garbage company with Garbage service quality I scheduled 8 items to be picked up as per website information but the system dropped four items from the list. When I contacted the customer support I was told there is a six items limit. We need to make several updates to our website. Now, I have to move the remaining items back in the garage. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. I paid for a bulk item pick-up that was supposed to be taken away a week ago, 5-14. The item is still there; today is 5-21. I have called FIVE times and no one seems to be able to tell me what the problem is, what to do about it, or who I need to talk to to resolve it. Last Thursday, 5-16, I was assured pick-up would happen by Friday 5-17 at the latest. I went out of town all weekend, came back, and the item is still there. I spoke to a supervisor today, 5-21, who said she would call me back within a few hours. She never did. The level of incompetence is staggering. The total failure of communication within this company is unlike anything I have ever seen. We were moving and needed to utilize WM for more than one occasion. We were able to set up the bulky items pickup two times with ease! And they even helped get us the large trash bin at a reasonable cost. Everyone we spoke with to schedule these pick ups were very friendly, professional, and efficient. If I can give 0 stars I would. I've constantly witnessed people calling in for a work order for removal and then claim they never got it. When it happens more than once it's an issue. Especially in an apartment community. It's just sitting there and attracting rodents and pests. I've been a commercial customer for years and usually have great success with issues if handled locally. The call Center In Arizona? I'd rather have an hour conversation with an Indian call center rep than deal with the rude and bitter WM call center. So I miss getting my dumpster out on time and get charger $90 for a "courtesy" pick up but when their driver misses me (2/24/20), I get a prorated $23 credit.... WM used to be business friendly.... For over a month every week they have missed a pickup. Sometimes they come the following day however, that's street sweeping day. Also, we run a business from our home where clients come every day. With the heat sometimes the trash smells. Same issue with scheduled bulk pickups. No shows over three times in a row and once when on the phone with customer service they said the driver said the can wasn't out and I told them I have cameras to prove it was out. I'll make this short, they missed picking up my recycle container so I contacted them. They said the driver said the container was not on the street. I told them I have SECURITY CAMERAS that show it was on the street along side the other two containers that were picked up. They told me again that the driver said it wasn't there. I told them again that my security cameras prove it was. They sent me a not explaining they know how frustrating it can be having a pick up missed and reminded me that the containers need to be on the street. They are slow learners. I'm not frustrated by the missed pick up, I'm very frustrated that they keep insisting it was my error when I HAVE VIDEO that it was not. Horrible. They picked up our dumpster trash on Monday and dumped it on a dirt road in Hemet!! What kind of business is this!? Now we are getting calls accusing us of dumping out there and wanting us to pick up our trash! I drove out there and took pictures of it and yes it was our dumpster trash all dumped there! Isn't this illegal? It took me an hour to drive out there and deal with this!!! Plus my vehicle took a beating driving down all the dirt roads to find it! So pissed! We will be reporting them to the county! So unprofessional! What a joke. They need to clean this up, refund our money and fire this driver!! So far all we got was an email back. Not good enough. Worst service on the planet. I scheduled a large item pickup and they decided to pick up 1 out of 2 chairs I asked to be picked up. This chair is not even that heavy it's just too awkward for my bin. So I call around 4:40pm to get an answer to my question as to why they only picked up 1 out of 2 chairs and each time I called, the person starts to say hello then puts me on hold and then hangs up until it hits 5pm and I reach their after hours service. There is nothing worse than having crappy service and crappy customer service.
