I asked him if I could tip over cash app or Venmo because I didn't have any cash and you couldn't tip on the site. He absolutely refused, I insisted, and he told me that he wasn't even the delivery guy. He said that they gave the delivery fairies a couple days off because it was so hot. I'm not sure if he was the manager or what, he had a lot of tattoos up and down his arms and was white or light skinned (the lighting is horrible in my hallway), but he was so sweet! I have a broken ankle right now but once I can get out of the house I am showing up there and tossing a 20 in the tip jar. I've lived in Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and NY. She felt that being bitten, was just a nip, and I should disregard it and go about my day. Having an establishment where there is a dog who can potentially attack a customer and then shrugging it off as no big deal, and that the customer is the problem, is sadly poor business practice.
