With the cottage food law, The Bread Shed bakes in their home and sells various loaves of bread and other bread items from the bread shed in their front yard. The cinnamon rolls and sticky buns are unreal! Prices are very reasonable. You just pull up in your car and in the warmer months the bread is in the shed and you can get out and make your selection. In the colder months they will come to your car and get your order and bring it out to you. Cash, check and PayPal are accepted. They do not accept credit cards. She does take orders if you want a specific bread. She can pretty much make anything and is so good at it! She was a former baker at a local restaurant in Whitehall and then branched off on her own. Meat was tender and had a nice seasoning to it. The tortilla is the weak spot in most of these taco places up north, they use the ones from "El Milagro", sad because they tear even if they put two tortillas per taco.
