From my observation, it is as good as "good" service in Southern California. The sandwiches they constructed were of standard quality as far as the national chain goes, and were tasty. At this location, they have a student special during Monday to Friday at 10AM-2PM if one shows their high school ID. Their breakfast sandwiches are served all day. We came during the afternoon and there were two other customers in front which took a short time to acknowledge. The only issue I observed is that it seems to be understaffed, with what seems like one employee handling the drive-thru and one handling the dine-in, and for them to take some time to acknowledge subsequent customers despite there being an automatic bell on the door (which by superstition is good for business).

On one of my subs the white bread was very, very stale. Do better. The other two were good.read more

The kids' pulled pork meal consisted of two broken pieces of bread with only a few tiny bits of meat and a huge container of essentially room-temperature tater tots. The nachos themselves tasted great, but they were also lukewarm and overpriced for the portion--especially since the "brisket" we paid extra for seemed more like taco meat. Our waitress was excellent, but the portion sizes and prices just didn't feel worth it. The food would have been much better if it had been served hot instead of warm or nearly room temperature. I wouldn't recommend this place for a family with young kids. Overall, very disappointing.

My spouse and I recently went to Coney Land on Whitehall Rd. In Muskegon to say hi to a friend who worked there and to try the food everyone talks so highly about. We love supporting small businesses and regularly make it a point to support and promote awesome mom and pops. We were taken aback when we heard Felicia referring to my spouse as a he/she, and learned that she continued to do so after we left. That's really poor business practice - perhaps they should just have a sign up that says that they don't like gay people and are not welcoming to the lgbtq+ community. if you support the gay community - you DO NOT want to support this business. read more

Lakeside, is what it's called. The area. Not the restaurant. Pay attention. Inside is spacious and clean. Plenty of booths (boofs? Booves?) for hotdog consumption. It's an order at the counter type of place. Classic restaurant. I ordered a Chi Dog with a side of chili cheese fries. Did you see the photos of that dog? It tastes exactly like it looked. Like magic. Dog, tomato slice, pickle spear, sports peppers, relish, mustard. I grew WAY up since just ketchup. But I still haven't grown out of eating cold hotdogs. Nothing beats a midnight snack of a cold dog. Anyways. This thing is a beast. Not for the faint of heart or tiny of mouth. This is one of those dogs that once you start eating, you can't put it down because it's just so messy. In a beautiful way. True story coming up, my first bite launched my pickle spear out the tail end of my dog. I might lie about a lot of things, but never the evacuation of a pickle from a hotdog. If you like Chicago or hotdogs or food or things in general, get this dog. My side order of chili cheese fries looked like something out of an art gallery. They used crinkle cut fries, which are god tier fries. They also loaded it up with chili, which I feel everybody else usually lacks what the "proper" amount of chili is. But I will sadly have to dock a point or two for Chili Flavor. It seemed to lack a little bit of...something. It tasted better than plain ground beef, but something a little under chili. It wasn't bad at all. It's meat and cheese on fries. They were more Chili Adjacent Cheese Fries.
