Skip this place. I was here with my daughter, she was looking for a prom dress. The people working at Wish were no help. The girl assigned to my daughter, brought her 1 dress and stressed that she "be very careful with the dress." WTH? What did she think my daughter was going to do to it? Lame. So the dress wasn't the look my daughter was hoping for. And that was that. No other options, no suggestions, nothing. If you want Top Quality service, go down the street to Lolo Maine, that's what we did. They are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Worth the experience. Was greeted by receptionist he let us know a stylist would be available to assist shortly. Only one stylist when we went, she helped my daughter pick out the perfect dress for homecoming dance. She did a great job at also helping each and every customer there. I'm actually really confused why anyone would even leave a bad review??? You can most certainly not buy a dress and go somewhere else LOL! I've been here before but this was my first time taking my daughter there to get a dress. We got here around 6:30 pm. They close at 7 pm but NEVER once told us "we close soon" and let us take our time and look. We tried on several dresses. Left at 7:36 pm. They have SO many colors, styles and sizes. There are MORE sizes in the back. There was one other girl trying on dresses and a few others picking up, getting a tan, etc. I asked the gentleman up front what the prices were. He very OPENLY said the prices. There's nothing hidden here. When you ask, you'll receive and just like any other place..... they tend to get busy so figure out a better time to come try on if you don't want to wait or if you're picky about who's watching or whatever! 10 out of 10 recommend! I had a really good experience with Wish, dispute hearing a lot of bad things. I would just say to go early and plan ahead because they might get overwhelmed with other customers. I found some really cute dresses here, but they were a bit pricy. Overall, the service was really good as I had one staff member that was dedicated to helping me the whole time. read more

I would give no stars if I could. They don't have sizes for all. Only smaller sizes but not even a 0 for my daughter... maybe sizes 1 to 2. My daughter and her friend wanted to get dresses together only had my daughter's size even then it would need to be taken in. The dresses don't have prices and I asked the price and the lady just hung up the dress my daughter wanted and said just have her try it on. I said no I need to know the price first and rolled her eyes and talked to a lady in the back. $350 for a basic dress that my daughter would still have to get taken in because she is so thin. Be prepared to try on dresses while everyone in line stands there and watches you. They can only accommodate 4 girls at a time and that's fine but everyone who comes in and wants to just look at dresses has to stand in a line for 45 minutes if not more while they watch every single girl stand on a pedestal and make their decision. And if you are not an extra small to medium, good luck even finding a dress to try on. read more

I have to say I wasn't too impressed with this dress store. For the dresses being $300 the customer service was not great. I also had a very hard time finding dresses that were my size. I was shooting for a long dress and I only found 3 that I was able to put on and the two that ended up fitting were still a little snug. Super disappointing that they only had pretty small sizes. read more

I've been coming here for 17 years. They are a full service salon/boutique but I come specifically for the tanning. This place is the most reasonably priced tanning salon in town and it's quality. They have several traditional beds, a few stand-up beds and they do their red light therapy beds. What I love most about this place: 1. Dave the owner is awesome 2. CLEAN/spacious rooms and beds 3. Fair prices and they run specials often 4. Never any waiting for a room 5. Convenient hours 6. Best looking tan from here and achieved very quickly! read more

I recently moved into town and was looking for someone who would be able to do gel nail designs. I yelped several places and despite the few reviews this place had, I decided to give it a try. I scheduled an appointment with April and right away she was extremely welcoming. I met with her Friday morning and because of a botched gel pedicure I received from a different salon, I pleaded to her to help me fix it. She quickly and enthusiastically assured me that she would be able to fix and did it right away and it looked amazing. Since it was my first time meeting with her, she did spend some time consulting with me and my expectations. I'm sure she would have done the same for my pedicure, but I'm pretty sure she sensed my panic and urgency to fix it. April spent a lot of time adding each speck of glitter to each nail; her attention to detail is amazing. She listened and adjusted any and every nail that I wasn't satisfied with. Now that I know her style and what she is capable of, next time I know what to ask for; just a couple of minor adjustments and specifics from this visit. But overall I'm satisfied and would recommend anybody to come here. On a side note, one thing that I really appreciated is the fact that she was spraying alcohol all over and sanitized all of her tools. read more

Got a Groupon for Tanning yesterday. Place is super clean and to be honest looks new and recently remodeled inside. Beds look new and tanning rooms have tons of space. Customer service was great and I was explained everything I needed to know. They close at 8 which makes things a lot easier. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE! We purchased a dress for $322.00 at Wish Boutique on Monday, on Wednesday we noticed there was an issue with the dress. We called Wish Boutique regarding the flaw on the dress. We were informed by Crystal that my daughter was the only person who put on this dress and that if there was any issue with the dress it was done by my daughter. This dress sat in the shop and Crystal is deliberating not wanting to accept responsibility for the product they sell. She continued to justify her position by insisting my husband saw the dress on my daughter and did not notice anything wrong. My husband went to pay for the dress he was not there to inspect this dress as Crystal stated he did. We do not recommend you purchase a dress from this shop if you have a high level of customer service. If you want someone to blame you for the damage of a dress which was purchased within days, this is the store for you. read more

I visited this boutique today looking for my daughter's prom dress. As we walked in, we headed straight for the dresses ( there were young ladies trying dresses on) we knew that we had to possibly wait but decided to take a look at the dresses that were available. We were approached by an older man that stated that we weren't able to look at any dresses until it was our turn. We were asked to wait until it was our turn to look at dresses. I have never been to any dress shops that don't allow you to look at dresses until " it's your turn". Everyone's time is precious, what would of happened if we would of waited 30-45 mins (there were a lot of girls trying dresses on) and not really even like a dress to try on. I would of like to look around first. This is my daughter's third year looking at prom dresses, never went to a store with this "rule". And he was so rude about it too. We ended up going back to Mia Bella (were we usually buy all her dresses) and spending $460 and a dress. read more

I had a really nice experience picking out my daughters formal dress. The customer service was amazing. Prices are very high but I felt the ease of the experience was worth it. So I put half down on a 322 dollar dress. I have not ever had the dress in my posession nor has it been altered. My daughter found out yesterday that she would not be able to go to formal because her boyrfriend of one year will be at a wrestling tournement. I called and spoke to the owner Crystal and asked if I could simply have store credit and we would be back for prom....and I would have been back for every dress had they worked with me. Crystal refused to credit me back ANYTHING. I understand its a business and I have owned a family business before, but I don't feel this is right. When you own a business you choose to do the right thing. Now I have a daughter who is devistated about not being able to go to formal and as a single mother working two jobs.....161 dollars doesn't come easy. I am new to the Fresno area, and didn't know where to go for tanning. I purchased a Groupon for Wish Boutique, and was SO HAPPY I did. It is clean, cool, and they treat you like their favorite customer every time you walk in. The have cute clothes, bags, jewelry and shoes....even cute baby clothes. I love going here....and even purchased more tanning packages from them! GREAT customer service...so friendly! Great, small nail salon/boutique. Christol is awesome. She did my gel in "June Bride" and tho I am not a bride, it will go very well with our Vegas trip coming up tomorrow. We just moved to this area of town and I was looking for a "closer to my new home" nail salon and I have found it. I completely picked this place at random but I'm so glad I did! April is the greatest person and nail artist. She is very engaging which is different than a lot of other nail places I've been to. I am very rough on my hands but her nails stayed on! Since I started getting my nails done by April, I have had tons and tons of compliments and have given away so many of her business cards. I struggled on the 2 stars for this place because the staff was really nice. Crystal did my spray tan and made me feel very comfortable. However, I feel I need to rate the way the tan looked after application and the days following during my vacation in Hawaii. I did exactly what they said...I didn't get wet (or sweat) for 12 hours post tan, then I did a warm water rinse. I didn't use soap for 24 hours and did not exfoliate or use a washcloth or loofa to wash. When I arrived in Hawaii 2 days later, my legs and hands were very spotty. The bottom of my legs did not have much of a color difference than before and my thighs were blotchy. I had to use a self tanning lotion to even out my legs for my vow renewal ceremony and will most likely need to use photoshop to fix color on my legs. Not sure what happened, but I did exactly as they instructed. read more

Dissatisfied customer. I purchased a package of 20 tanning session and only used 4. I went in and signed in and was ready to go in when the owner rudely told me I wasn't allowed because my sessions have expired. I explained that I didn't know there was an expiration date and asked him since I was there if I could just go in one last time, he said of course and started explaining all the packages I could purchase! As a courtesy, he could have allowed this one time since I paid for 20 and only used 4. After allowing me one more time, I would of been happy to talk about future purchases and doing repeat business with him and referring friends but after no consideration on his part, I will gladly take my business elsewhere!! read more

I love how my nails look. It was TERRIFIC. I finally found a place to get my nails done. Rachel was awesome since she takes her time to get it done how you want it. I recommend her to do anyone nails. The nail is just right and even. It stays in firmly. Other places my nails will start to fall off within 2 weeks. In my constant quest to find a quality nail place in Clovis, I called Wish for an appointment. A gentleman answered the phone and asked what I needed an appointment for. Fills, I tell him. Should be fairly straightforward, right? Well, apparently not. I was referred to contact another technician on a different number - Wendy, who did not answer her phone. To her credit, she did call back within a few minutes. She, however, is spending the rest of the year vacationing and, after a lot of stumbling over words, she said she didn't think it would be "fair" for her to take me on as a client knowing her availability would be limited for the rest of the year. She said she would pass my number on to either April or another girl whose name I cannot recall and one of them would get back to me. Three days later and no call. Disappointed in this. Since I was never able to get in here in the first place, I cannot comment on the quality of the work, the customer service, or lack thereof, other than to say that, if this is how you are treated before you even get there, I'd probably not want to go anyway. read more
