These pizzas will cost you more than average, and they are sufficiently good. I do like that they have a large variety of kinds, which makes some of their selections unique. Based on the location it's a hit or miss - we ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and it was drenched in Buffalo and ranch sauce, making it hard to enjoy (so acidic) and also a soggy mess. We've ordered it in the past with better results (i.e. not drenched in Buffalo and ranch), but it was from a different location. Choose your spot "Wisely" (get it?) If you choose to give them your business. read more

I ordered the chicken paneer slice and Korean chicken slice also both were quite good and as a New Yorker it takes a lot to impress me.I will definitely keep coming back. read more

Wiseguy Pizza - This is not the way you eat pizza and it looks like it has too much tomato sauce - Pizza Near Me - Arlington, Virginia

Some of the best pizza in the area. NY style by the slice or pie, with a variety of traditional and unconventional flavors. Chicken parm, grandma, and meatball are favorites. read more

It takes truly magical hands to make a slice of pizza both soggy and burnt at the same time. As a side note, they also just left my pizza sitting in a box until I had the audacity to ask for it. Sad, because I miss pizzerias where you can just go and get a slice of pizza read more

Just moved to the neighborhood a few weeks ago and this is already my favorite spot to eat. True huge and thin New York style slices. Best so far have been the Korean chicken and buffalo pizzas; my husband loves the Godfather and chicken parm. Service is decent and really like having the glass bottle or Boylan soda options. They're following all COVID guidelines and require masks. Have some outdoor seating which is nice if you don't want to take it on the run. read more

What an amazing pizza, I really love the grandma pizza wonderful, and amazing costumer service the girl behind the front desk was wonderful. Definitely I really recommend. read more

Great pizza! No frills NY style pizza- a few places to sit outside. Got the Margherita and meat lovers slice.... Delish

Great vegan pizza options. Best around for sure. The pentagon city location is always a hit.

Best pizza slices in the DMV hands down. I go to this place religiously. NEVER disappointed. Whenever you see one stop immediately!!

We LOVED this place! The Pizza is AMAZING and the service is very friendly! My favorite pizza was the truffle mushroom with 2 types of cheese it was to die for. My kids had the pepperoni and I'm not the biggest fan of pepperoni but this one was the exception! I highly recommend this restaurant read more

Great pizza to satisfy all pallets. The pizza is as diverse as the DMV! Loved the Korean BBQ and Truffle Mushroom. Quick and fast to take on the go! read more

I'm the first to admit I'm a pizza snob. I was born in Jersey and grew up in the shadow of Manhattan's best. I walked through the pizza desert of Hampton roads for almost ten years before Newport News was gifted with a Mellow Mushroom. I was so excited to come back to a metropolitan area and have pizza that, at the very least, came close to pizza from home. In terms of New York Style, Wiseguy's is the savior of my palette. The texture is right, the sauce is tasty, the cheese isn't stringy, and the staff hustles. This place is definitely a safe haven for those from the North East and absolutely worth a try! read more

Terrible pizza. Crust small and sad. All crunch like a frozen pizza I could make at home. Also super expensive??? Smells great tho when I get the metro. read more

If you want NY pizza -- this is your place! This New Yorker has been searching for authentic NY pizza outside of NY for over 20 years! I have FINALLY found it! It is exactly what you would get at your favorite local pizza joint down the block. We have tried We, The Pizza and Xtreme Pizza -- this is by far the best (obviously incomparable to traditional chain restaurants)! We got a pie with half pepperoni and half cheese and some garlic knots. Delicious! read more

I ordered through Uber eats. The order process was so smooth. I was recommended this chain from multiple friends. So I have been wanting to try their pizza. I was so torn between paneer Tikka pizza and Korean chicken pizza. Both are my favorite dishes. I ended up picking koren chicken pizza. It was delicious!!! The sauce, chicken and veggie - they are perfectly harmonious. I will definitely return for paneer pizza. read more

Wiseguy pizza is AMAZING and you will not be disappointed.. be sure to try their garlic knots.. I will take a pic of my pizza NEXT time as I was too hungry to stop and take one this time read more

We came in late into Arlington and looked for somewhere to eat after 10. Not wanting to drive anywhere we settled on pizza. We did not have high hopes based on previous late night experiences in other cities - but Wiseguys was a pleasant surprise. The food was fast, arrived hot, and unexpectedly was the best pizza we have had in years. We just came from Chicago and had the "best" deep dish in the city - it was good but Wiseguys buried them. My son said it was better than the pizza he had in New York City. The wings that came with it were great as well, barbecue without being drown in some gloppy off brand barbecue sauce. They certainly seem to take pride in their product. 5 stars without reservation. read more

This is my favorite pizza place in the DMV. I like how you can get slices or a whole pie. Their options range from classics to unique toppings you won't find anywhere else. Chicken Paneer is a favorite of my husband. I like trying a different slice out each time. The service is good and they are fast too. It also seems like they are taking COVID protocols seriously which is always good to see. read more

Horrible customer service been twice and we're rude each time in addition to get the order wrong. The lady helping out even rolled her eyes when giving me the food. read more

Great pizza! Garlic knots are great too. This place has friendly and quick service. Just a little pricey but worth it.

Mehh. Smart ass employee kids mostly ruined it. Food was ok. Seems like it's worth a return try

The mushroom pizza is pretty good here, but the sauce on the margarita pizza was very sweet, and not my favorite.

Very tasty pizza at this brand new spot of a regional pizza place in the Witmer. I enjoyed my paneer pizza slice (partner was less enthusiastic about hers but enjoyed the pepperoni one). I saved two slices for another day since one ended up being filling. Definitely an experience I would repeat. read more

Consistently tasty pizza (no matter which location you visit) but very pricey. The pizza is by the slice and there are a variety of toppings (and mix of toppings) that you won't find elsewhere like chicken tikka. They also have the basics too like cheese and margherita. read more

I am extremely appalled. While ordering my pizza, the manager or the owner of the entire establishment was present. He was wild, yelling at his own workers. Specifically, he was degrading the young female cashier with a harsh tone telling her she was not doing her job. From a customer's point of view, she was honestly excellent and very kind even amidst the chaos around her. After the man, the one who yelled at her, walked away I told the young female that she shouldn't be treated that way. She smiled sweetly apologizing for the scene and said that "this is normal." To talk to a young lady in that manner is quite disgusting. This man has no right to be in such a high position if he doesn't know to treat his workers with respect. read more

Very yummy pizza! Stopped by to grab a slice or two, and ordered more than I planned. They have so many yummy flavor and topping options. The staff was polite and the place was clean, although small, and no indoor seating now during the pandemic. Definitely would grab more slices when I am in the area. read more

I have been to this location- first time and the dc location In SE. this one is actually better and I love the dc one!! I think wiseguy is the best pizza in the city and now out too. They put the right amount of toppings on each slice and all slices are properly cooked and crispy. While they messed up my order- they fixed it and now I have a slice of pizza for home. Thanks wiseguy! read more

Pizza that tastes like a tasty meal. That's how I'd best summarize it. The branch is small but the staff is friendly n the pizzas taste super. Tad bit pricey otherwise it's be 5 stars. read more

Excellent spot with a lot of novel topping combinations, plus the old favorites. Chewy, flavorful NY style crust. Narrowly beats out Extreme Pizza as the best spot in Pentagon City, especially if you just want a slice or two. read more

I feel like it's pretty expensive for pizza but the good news is they have gluten-free pizza at them all the gluten-free pizza. It's Great flavor but the crust is thin and small read more

Walked up here tonight (from my spot in Crystal City) to check this new Wiseguy location out - believe they did their soft opening today after some test openings last week. Got there a little after 7 pm and there was no line. Clean spot - they were out of spicy pepperoni so I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and 1 slice of pepperoni and sausage. Came out to around $13 - they aren't accepting cash at this time due to COVID-19 so had to pay credit. The slices were very solid as expected - up there with the best NY slices of pizza I've had in this area. This spot will be a nice addition to the Pentagon City area. The one thing I didn't like is, while slices are available in-store, the Wiseguy online ordering/app system won't allow you to order slices for pickup - you can only order whole pizzas online. But other than that no complaints - good pizza and will be back... would expect there will be long lines as this place gets going. read more

Only half of the order was received, no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. And no one answers the phone, the phone goes to voice mail only so you can't speak to management about the issue and you have to dispute the change with your cc company or bank. read more

Im so disappointed I come here all the time and the rudeness from the person working there I just received is unacceptable.

This place sits on the corner adjacent of the mall, it is very unassuming but has a nice look to it. It is clean and there are some tables outside for casual sitting. We stopped here because honestly I am fat girl at heart. We had just eaten food from Chevy's and I saw this place as we walked by and I was curious to be honest. The hubby was interested in something sweet and I was honestly curious about the taste of their pizza. I think they had the most eclectic pizza menu I have ever seen. They had vegan pizza, paneer tikka pizza, buffalo pizza and a whole other host of pizza flavors. Since I was just curious, I went with the basic pizza- pepperoni and sausage. It was just okay. Nothing amazing or taste-bud orgasmic. The hubby chose a red velvet cheesecake. It was from Juniors cheesecake but if you have ever had a Juniors cheesecake, the piece I got from Wiseguy Pizza was like 1/2 the size of the regular slice and it didn't taste particularly fresh. I would maybe venture back into this place if I was feeling like a walk on the wild side to try their korean chicken or the chicken paneer pizza. read more

My boyfriend and I live in the neighborhood and have been waiting for a year for this place to open. Happy to report it doesn't disappoint. The pizza is crispy (try the chicken parm slice), the shop is clean, and the staff are all friendly. read more

Love this location customer service and quality is unmatched can't wait to come back!

Pizza is a go-to for takeout night and I have tried just about every pizza place in the area. Wiseguys falls into top-tier Northern-Virginia-delivery-pizza for me; taste and texture of the crust is great, tomato sauce isn't too sweet, and toppings are well proportioned. The pizzas are large and leftovers reheat well the next day. read more

I waited over 20 minutes for a slide of cheese pizza. I was so tired i asked for a refund and left. Not coming back

It's ok if you didn't grow up in an Italian neighborhood or have travelled. Tends to run salty. Sauce is unimpressive. Crust is decent. It's ok pizza when you're in a hurry, but not much else. read more
